Long time customers with them for few years. Never had any problems up till now. Prices on some of their on sale products are cheap compared to other websites if you do your research. They are extremely generous with their free samples! I always get to test new products when they are introducing new skincare line/ brand into their websites. They carried a lot of common Korean skincare/ make up brands and still continue expanding their product line to some of the luxury brand as well. Shipping time is fast enough and minimum purchase to get FOC standard shipping is pretty affordable. Even though they do not carry a lot of "hard to get product" I always know I can always repurchase from them feeling safe and without worries. their website is always improving. :)

Just had a prawn passanda it was really disappointing. So bland and the sauce was like water. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Husband had chicken Jubily which was excellent.

Ni se les ocurra comprar en Jolse, aunque tengan buenos productos y precios, lo barato sale caro...Si les paran un paquete en aduanas preparen la cartera 79,20 he tenido que pagar, aún no sé si tendré el paquete después de pasar la inspección de farmacia..( son cosméticos )...La página para descargar la factura no funciona, no responden correos,...nunca más vuelvo a pedirles nada...

You should buy only on grand sales but double check prices. Shipping is quite slow but at least you receive your package sooner or later. They are generous with free samples. Sometimes prices are ridiculously high.

Didn't receive products and they won't refund. I am really disappointed and regret ordering from them. It took two weeks to be "delivered" and then when it was there was no package, I even checked with neighboring buildings. Then it took me THREE emails to finally get a response and they are having me navigate an investigation with USPS (which is a nightmare in NYC) to get "proof" for them to refund it. This is ridiculous that I have to go through all this just to get my money back, I would have thought that they would have whoever does their post investigate it since that's their JOB. I would NOT recommend ordering unless you want to leave it up to chance and if you don't get it just know you're throwing your money away.

I ordered a cushion on December 22, 2020 and received it on January 18, 2021. I was very excited as having it, but not lasting for long because it showed on the package that the expiry date is September 30, 2021 and they did not notice it when I bought. Apparently, they sold the product which is almost expired whereas they claim that all the products sold are more than 18 months until the expiry date.
Update: They have given me a full refund for it.

I ordered from Jolse four times and my experience with them is mainly positive. The only downside is that it usually takes them 2-3 weeks to pack the orders and ship them out. I wish they could improve there. I always pay for DHL express shipping. Once the order is shipped it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive. The products are always well wrapped and protected. They always send tons of samples and gifts with every order and I really appreciate that.

This is my first time ordering from Jolse, I decided to order because they had a really good offers on Black Friday. I received the package within 3 days of receiving the “order is shipped” email so I was quite surprised (I chose free shipping as well). They also gave tonsssss of samples, half of the box was actually samples & free gifts (my mum didn’t believe me lol), and including a 100ml hand cream & Korean Italy towel which I didn’t expect at all. Everything was wrapped up nicely in bubble wrap and came in good condition. I also asked for a refund for one of Purito sunscreens (as Purito said we can get a refund if we bought one during the last 6 months) and Jolse issued the refund within 4 days, so I’m very pleased with their customer service. I would definitely order from Jolse again in the near future and would 100% recommend. I’ve ordered from Yesstyle, Wishtrend, Stylevana before, and Jolse is definitely the fastest with replying to emails and receiving the package (and has the most samples & free gifts).

I looked into many websites, Jolse has THE best prices, webpage seemed a little sketchy at first but it is not easy to find a Korean webpage that will deliver to my country. Shipping took about a month and included 20+ samples, including a full size handcream, socks, scrub cloth, blotting paper and a sheet mask. I did contact customer service several times to ask for the status of the shipment and they always replied in less than 24 hours. Products are original and perfectly packed, nothing was damaged!

As other reviewers point out, this is a great website if you are not in a rush to receive something, at least at the moment, when we have to understand that there are delays everywhere due to pandemic.

I have made about 5+ orders from this company and I always select the DHL option. My order is with me in 5 working days from shipment.

If you opt for untracked/free delivery then be prepared to wait... it's the downside for asking something for free.

Anyways, amazing business. Excellent customer service and always load my deliveries with tonnes of samples... not stingy like YesStyle.

Yes, it'll take a month or more but they generally have the best prices for a lot of products.

They generally just provide a product description from the manufacturer, so many items just say (hilariously) "Ingredients: none". But hey, Google is your friend.

I've purchased from them probably close to ten times or more and I've never had issues with packaging or anything else. Lots of samples included for free, too.

I have just received the item that was ordered back in September and I have to say I'm disappointed. Jolse was not very transparent with their products and shipping.

- The shipping company they use (Pitney Bowes) is the worst of the worst bunch.

- The items that they sell don't have an ingredient list

- The reviews on the items that they sell are outdated and don't accurately represent the current product at all because it got reformulated (for the worst).

- You can't give an honest review on any of their items because "you have passed the review period" (Sketchy as hell).

Final Note: Use any other website other than Jolse to save yourself time, money, and sanity. I would not recommend Jolse to anyone.

Placed my order on August 25th, it's now October 23rd, and I still haven't received my package. It has been 8+ weeks. I was provided with the tracking information but it has been updating extremely slowly I had to contact the customer service and shipping company myself multiple times to check up on my delivery status. But neither of them was helpful in helping me understand why my package wasn't moving, they just told me to be patient. I do believe that my package will come someday but I am beyond exhausted from waiting for my package. If you are in a rush to get stuff, do NOT recommend Jolse.

I read the reviews here and still ignored them thinking I might get lucky. Well, I didn't. The products on Jolse are maybe 2-3 dollars less than other websites but it's not worth it. I put in an order on August 23rd and today is October 21st and my order is still not here. Just save yourself time and worry and order from YesStyle.

I made the mistake of ordering from this site without checking reviews because I was desperately in need of makeup for a cheap price. It took weeks to even tell me my items have been shipped and now nearly a month later, I still have not received anything. There is absolutely no way to track your order and the only email you get is a confirmation.

Great site! I wanted to try Jolse to support a Korean based company. The website also has great sales. I purchased two items, which only cost $2.50 shipping. They warned that delivery may be delayed due to the Chuseok holiday. Purchase date was september 19, 2020. They emailed to notify when the package shipped on september 29th. My package arrived on october 14th. Both items were authentic and sealed well with bubble wrap. I received 10 samples free including a full size mask and a package of blotting paper. I will definitely purchase from them again when I restock.

The prices of the product were cheaper than other sites. All products were original, came well sealed, and I received LOTS (15+) of free samples. The prices of my purchase was $145. Products came with scan code to verify originality, that was a plus.

The only thing I did not like was how slow the shipping was, I ordered in August 31st, 2020, and received in September 19th 2020. If you are not in a hurry, I do recommend the site. Consider this website ships from South Korea. Custom services doesn't seem to work, they replied me through Instagram though.

Overall, the prices and products were good, but shipping is valuable to me, especially since it's skincare. Would give 4/5 stars.

Great k-beauty website. I ordered skincare products from this website on 8/25/2020. And I finally received my package on 9/27/2020. It takes about one month, their transfer station is in City of Industry, ca tho. Seems you can return to this location. Well packed package, I would recommend it. Just be aware the shipping will takes awhile, but all the product are legit.
