Quite the comprehensive and compact product! Arrived within 48hrs.
It’s a slow burn but gets noticeable after a week or two..
(Bare in mind, that if you’re in your 40’s the recommended dosage of NMN is around 1000mg.. apparently)
It’s a good starter to see where it takes you!

Good service and product

Had no issues with payment or delivery but experienced unpleasant side effects after 3 days of taking the supplements. Bloated stomach, pains and very frequent, smelly bowel movements. These all disappeared after I stopped taking the supplements. It would be helpful to know what my body was objecting to but difficult to know how to isolate this.

I’d seen this featured on Russell’s Insta a while back and thought - hmm, okay, I might look into it one day.
That time came early March as I continued to reflect on my perimenopause journey since Oct ‘24, trying to find the best supplements to hep me with weight gain and knee niggle (thankfully minor) which have been my biggest symptoms.
I ordered JOLT manly for:

🟢 MAINTAIN Collagen Production
🟢 Improved Cellular Health (hopefully help the on-off knee hangover niggles to go forever, not subside and then return 🙏🏾)

Started using it 12.03.26, so it is a work in progress. Could feel some minor movements in my chest near heart, and in parts of my back - very minor and only for a few seconds, and not often. And to be fair I’ve felt some dull aches near heart in the past - I think another perimenopause symptom.
So I took that to mean my body was adjusting.
I was curious as to what my next BP reading would be. But I took it earlier today and am happy it was ON POINT, first reading.
This means I will order another two bottles to continue this new part of my journey of supporting my body in getting badk to its optimum weight, as I rebuild my exercise routine.

I have not received the product

Purchased both Jolt and Bolt.
Used now for 10 days, and no noticeable difference yet in libido or well being.
Willing to carry on popping the pills, hoping for some benefits.

I’ve been using Jolt for a year now and take no other supplements. I’m 63 years old and have a very physical job. I have found a huge difference in my energy levels. I now do weights 5 times a week and generally feel good and positive. I think it takes 3 or 4 weeks to notice the difference.

I noticed a difference mostly with my skin - I’m 59yrs - it’s looking healthier and I’ve had some compliments from friends and family.

Im now in my second year on Jolt. Have to say, I’ve noticed improved energy levels and overall wellbeing. Did a lot of research before buying, and the product has massive benefits. Just look at Russell! Highly recommend.

Jolt has definitely helped my 'brain fog' and my concentration has improved - plus I don't seem to have an afternoon slump any more. I have also noticed other positive improvements ;) now I've added Jolt Bolt in to the mix. I have been taking Jolt for almost 4 months and Jolt Bolt for 2 months.

It’s reliable, convenient, and fits perfectly into my routine, which is such a win when life is busy. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making the whole experience smooth and user-friendly.

Definitely one of those “why didn’t I start this sooner?” finds — highly recommend!

Feeling revitalised and much more energy .

After purchasing my second subscription from Jolt one of the bottles unfortunately came damaged. I reached out to their customer services and they were so quick to respond and so helpful. I sent a couple of pics of the damaged bottle and they sent out a replacement bottle which arrived so fast!
I enjoy taking jolt and the hoping to reap the benefits of their scientific, evidence based ingredients.

I have been taking Jolt since August 2025. I think its great and I definitely feel better than I have done in years! Give it a try, I highly recommend it.

I’ve cancelled my subscription to Jolt not because of any issues with the company but just because I genuinely don’t know if Jolt does anything for me. I’ve taken it for several months and can’t really say I feel different/better in any way. Maybe my expectations are too high and I’ll age faster now without it, I just don’t know. If I had money to burn I might have kept with it. I hope others have better luck.

Me and my husband are taking Jolt regularly and we've noticed a huge improvement in flexibility and we've had less joint pain.
We did stop for a short while (just to check!) and our joints were more achy after a few days.

I have been taking the collegen peptides for 2 weeks so far pleased with the quality of ingredients the only issue i have had since taking it is waking up at 11 am and 2am for quite a while before sleeping again. It seems to have really affected my quality of sleep.
So I am obviously sensitive to a ingredient it contains as I normally am a good sleeper.
