Rebilled after cancellation/Poor Communication
I received an email telling me that I was being billed for an upcoming renewal. Sent in a support ticket to cancel and then they billed me £450 anyway. I've since contacted them twice via online chat to cancel and heard nothing (they said they'd be in touch). Turns out they replied in the client portal, not by email (despite online chat asking for email). Was about to renew again for another wasted £450.

As my support rep told me today, I have been with them for 131 months. I think that speaks volumes on their quality of service at a price that undercuts most other hosts. After more than 10 years on a business package I now need less so talked to their rep about downgrading. Super helpful, no aggressive upselling like most other hosting companies do. Give them a try, they often have 3 month special deals.

Been with them for several years - very responsive support - special hat tip to Roman, Inna and Ivan who have helped me many times.
Over the years I've been with companies at the pricey end like Rackspace and Softlayer, who were both excellent but relatively expensive. It's rare to find both excellent hardware and excellent support at a reasonable price - which is what Jolt provide.

Consistently good business and great service
I've been a Jolt customer since 2011 (the business then traded as Web Hosting Buzz until Jolt bought them out towards the end of 2015).
That's now 14 years that they've been hosting my websites without any issues. On the rare occasion I've had cause to contact Jolt for guidance (stuff like customising DNS settings) they have responded pretty much immediately and provided all the help I've needed.
That aside, their prices are very keen. There's nothing not to like about them.

Really happy I changed my hosting and domain to Jolt. They took away all my worry and stress related to dealing with tech. It was so easy with the 24/7 support and even when I got hacked, they managed to help me, even though it felt like it was my fault for not having a secure enough contact form on my website.The service has been fast and efficient. I recently moved my websites and domain names over to Jolt and was impressed by how quick the process was. This was largely due to the helpfulness and quick response of the support staff involved. For me it was a challenging process (due to my lack of skill and knowledge) but the service provided was exemplary.
What I have noticed it just how quickly my websites load up (on the PC or phone) compared to when they resided with Hostpapa.
I feel confident of continued excellent service - thank you

Over many years I have used various hosting companies for my sites including some of the big brand hosting companies.
I honestly cannot recommend Jolt enough. I wish I found them years ago, I would have avoided all the hassle of using hosting companies with huge price increases on renewals with additional hidden costs. Slow website speeds with constant server downtime and poor support.
Jolt hosting prices are exemely good value for money. Server uptime and stability are perfect and the support team are the best I have ever experienced. They are very knowledgeable and respond rapidly.
I now host all my websites with Jolt and would not use anyone else.
Multisite move - great experience
I've just moved 16 sites from 20i to a Jolt Flash cPanel account. The difference is night and day with Jolt speed boosting every site. I've never had such an experience with cheap cPanel hosting.

I have limited experience of setting up websites and Jolt have been very helpful and solved my SSL problem very swiftly. They are always very patient and understanding. It's very reassuring and great to have such excellent customer service, which is often sadly lacking in this field.

So far an excellent experience. Transfer from another hosting company to Jolt went relatively smoothly. Responded really quickly to a couple of minor issues and helped get my website back online. Nothing appears to be too much trouble and happy to recommend.

I have been with jolt for a few years now. I moved over from a competitor of theirs and i have never looked back since.
Not just because of price and what you receive from Jolt makes for a great relationship it is their fantastic support they provide.
This is the reason for this review.
Having in a need to make use of a SSL certificate on a website to show it is secure i discovered Jolt offered various SSL plans at very reasonable cost. Having made a purchase of one of the plans, Jolt were only too happy to install / Link the certificate to the website.
In a true professional manner the task was done on my behalf and answered very promptly any questions i threw at them, providing precise and useful info.
They do what it says on the tin and they do it very well.
