Ordered a jacket, no mention that it’s coming from China on website. 2 weeks and still waiting.
Wish I’d read the reviews first.
Thought this was a fairly local uk retailer but no.

My 4xl jacket arrived today, it fits my wife (she wears L) have tried calling but no joy.

I urge people to avoid these people

Scam Scam Scam. Do not use. Absolutely rubbish. Obviously a Chinese Scam.

Firstly this is likely my issue but given the business address I believed my item was coming from the UK? But on realising this and receiving my item that I dont like. They want me to send my item back to China at my own expense and on receipt on them receiving it will give me a full refund. What is the likelihood of this not getting lost in transit? Such a scammy company. Wish id seen here before purchasing. Awful! Avoid like the plague.

I believe the company is now called Jones and Smith not Jones and Sons Limited. This is the response I got when I asked for a UK returns label asking for a full refund.

I had been considering buying a jacket from this company for my son for Christmas. When I noticed that they only offered a 30-day money-back guarantee, I contacted them to ask whether they would extend this over the Christmas period. To my amazement, they refused. I then decided to look them up on Trustpilot and, quite frankly, I’m glad I did….. based on the reviews, it seems I may have dodged a bullet.

Item looked great and was just what I wanted however when it finally arrived it was as cheap as chips! No lables, looks dreadful. I have requested a returns label but after reading other reviews I am not holding out much hope. Do NOT buy from this rubbish company!

Do not order any items or goods from this online retailer!!! If there was a zero stars option they would be getting it.
The items I received looked nothing like the goods I ordered and took over 3 weeks to arrive (from China) which they do not tell you.
In fact they weren't the items I ordered and after providing Jones & Smith with photo evidence as prove they tried and are continuing to try to fob me off with a discount for more items. They even changed their website to try and cover it up. Luckily I had taken picture of my original order. Their website phone number is disconnected and they are not interested in giving a refund. Please avoid as you will not receive what you ordered and will not receive a refund.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a £50 cardigan and when it came 6 weeks later I realised it was coming from China. When it arrived I was disgusted in the quality, it looks nothing like the cardigan on the website. The colours are totally different. It's cheap. I have contacted the company to send it back to get a full refund and they wanted to give me a 15% refund. I would have to pay the shipping cost myself which would not be worth the money. Absolute scam!!

Took 2 weeks to arrive...from China. I paid £40 for a hoodie...looked lovely on the website but really cheap looking when arrived. The zip is really difficult to move up and down...cheaply made. I won't wear it but won't return it as it cheapest postage is £25. Never again.

The company is based in China, but they imply that they are UK based. the shoes were very poor quality and to return and get a refund was impossible.

Absolutely shocking quality and customer service.
Cardigan arrived not looking at all like the photo. Tried for weeks to send it back and eventually cost me £16 to return in October. Today Janauary 25 it arrived back at my door !!
This company should be investigated and shut down in my opinion 1

i ordered a trench coat from this store after seeing it on my pinterest feed and paid £50. it took quite a while to arrive which confused me as they claim to be london-based, so i clicked on the delivery info and found that it was being delivered from china! when it arrived, there were quite a few loose threads and i wasn't really happy with the feel of the material, not to mention it was very small on me. when i emailed them to request a refund, i was informed i could either get a 15% refund and keep the coat or pay out of my own pocket to send it back to china. i figured i was better off getting some money back rather than spending loads on the shipping, will probably end up donating the coat to a charity shop... please don't buy from here!

It's shocking that companies can operate like this - they are massively mis-representing themselves as a UK based store when in fact the goods come from China and the company (Sp Gvp Marketing B.v) appear to be based in the Netherlands according to my bank.

The goods received are appalling quality - frayed edges, cheap printed material - worthless.

After battling through their emails, they finally agreed to let me return the goods, I paid for the return to China via Royal Mail myself (£30). The goods have been held at customs for over a month and they are now refusing to reply to my emails - they owe me around £160.

I've now reported to my bank, Shopify etc.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!

Also trades as Mills Melbourne as well as a few others. Same return address. I have found it to be a SCAM. Buyer beware!

Ordered a size 16 sweater on 23rd September, it arrived on 9th October, With the delay in receiving it I realised it was coming from China and not Manchester as the advert suggests. When I opened it I could see it would have only fitted my 10 year old granddaughter. After 9 emails to the company, I won’t be sending the tiny sweater back to China as I understand it will cost me another £12 to return and I seriously doubt I will receive a refund! I feel I have already lost the £30 I paid for this tiny sweater and do not want to loose any more money!
After reading the damming reviews I do not trust this company at all.
Not once have they admitted the tiny sweater ( even with photos I sent ) is not the correct size, the alternatives I have been offered would have cost me more money and I cannot be sure that anything else I purchased would be the correct size due to their bad sizing. I wish there was a way of posting a warning on instagram about this company as I still see this sweater and their advertising on this platform. A lesson learned for me I think.

Please get back to me. Returned items, for a hefty price, and tracked to China which arrived on 4th November, but still no return. Someone get back to me with my refund

Please read reviews before purchasing this company is not based in UK. The product is nothing like advertised, sizes are completely different and quality is awful. I spent a fortune, t-shirts stitched incorrectly, logos were unreadable, jumper was nothing like photo and terms state if faulty they will replace! No, they fob you off and like other reviews they will not honour consumer rights and offer 15% then 30% discount then nothing. I will be raising this through my credit card company for refund as product going straight to charity shop as a jumper on offer at £39.99 looks like a badly hand knitted jumper made from scraps and completely wrong size. It's tat and cheap.

Fake company, fake goods. This company has marketed itself to look UK based but it’s a Chinese scam unfortunately selling very poor quality products with no returns.

SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Cheap Chinese rubbish arrives and is nothing like the picture. To get a refund you have to send the goods back to China for a refund. Even when you do this you still don’t get your money back as the goods sit at Customs and are never collected.
PEOPLE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
I am now going to have to issue proceedings to stand any chance of getting the money back.
