They are a Chinese site and not a shop in Manchester Uk..
£50 cardigan wasn’t worth £5.00.

I ordered a jumper and it has never arrived. When I emailed the company they told me to check tracking. There is no link to track. Fortunately I raised a chargeback claim and got my money back from my Bank. Any returns have to be sent back to China at customer’s expense

Do not use this company, ordered items as their website said they were based in Manchester Uk, this is another cheap Chinese company, the items received took months and when they finally arrived they were cheap quality, fake wool, polyester trench coat, nothing like the photo. I contacted the company to say I needed to return and was asked to keep them and they would knock 15% of my next order, as if I would ever order from them again, after three further emails offering me further discounts, I said no I wanted to return the items they said I would need to send them back to china and it would be costly at my expense and I would not receive a refund until the items were received in their warehouse. So in other words I would never see my £150 again. I have reported them to trading standards, but scammers like this will just pop up again. Stick to reputable companies

Not only do 2 items I recieved look nothing like what I ordered, the quality is incrediblly poor.

When I reached out for a refund I was bounced back and forth as they repeatedly sent the exact same message with no acknowledgement of the actual issues.

They took no responsibility, refused to honour legal consumer rights and eventually claimed I'd taken to long to return items there was nothing they could do.

The service is appalling, quality of clothing shocking and they are operating illegally not honouring the UK Consumer Rights act.

OMG wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Pair of £50 boots, when they eventually arrived, that are made of very poor quality fake suede material. I have now emailed 3 times asking how to return with no reply!!!….. now this makes sense reading the below long list of poor reviews….. I agree how are these people allowed to trade as a ‘London’ based company & stating returns are easy!!
I would definitely NOT have ordered if I’d known they were coming from China!! - totally deceived! I strongly advise you NOT to use this company following my experience!!!

Love my boots. Good value for money. They are made of man made materials, but I expected that for the price. Comfortable and surprising how well made they are too. The only downside was the delivery took a few weeks, so yes, they probably have come from China, not UK.

Fake fraudulent goods - all sites showing these ads should be prosecuted along with this company which is a chinese company using this company name as a front.

The coat picture of advertised was not what l recieved. The size was not a true size.
This is a china company, don’t be fooled by the name. I thought it was a UK company.
I could not activate the return i.e could not find where to return it and by the time l got in touch l was told l couldn't return the coat and it was not even 28 days yet
If l had read the review of this company before making the purchase l would not have wasyed £49.99.

Ordered a cardigan. When it arrived the sizing was incorrect, it didn't have any label attached and was of poor quality. When I asked for a refund I was informed that it would need to be sent back to China which was costly so I'd be better off accepting a 30%refund instead.

Does not deserve even one star. Genuine leather handbag was cheap plastic. When asked for return details was offered part refunds which I rejected. Eventually given return address. Post Office wanted £25 to send back to China. If I’d suspected the company was based in China would never have ordered. Found that Evri were half that price to return so did that. Sent tracking details to Jones. Weeks later am told it is being returned by Customs in China! When I checked the reasons for this are incorrect address which it wasn’t or refusal by consignee to accept so looks like Jones have simply refused to accept it so I’m back to square one! So angry at them treating us all like this. There must be a way to make them fulfil their money back guarantee promise.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED! Like all the other reviewers I bought 2 items thinking the company is in the UK. I ordered a cardigan purported to be ‘organic cotton’ it is in fact polyester/nylon wool and absolute rubbish. I paid £39.99 reduced from £79.99, thinking I was buying quality. Its badly made despite advertised on their website as ‘precision crafting’, contains no label and its not the same as the photo on website; the fit is terrible. Needless to say I will not go through the expense of sending back to China! It goes straight to a charity shop. The 2nd item a jumper is only marginally better.
Really not worth the money. I’d rather spend my money in M&S or other British high street stores. Never again from fb or instagram.

I purchased a cardigan from what I thought was a company in Manchester was in fact CHINA! .
The cardigan was awful the wool was very cheap quality and not the colour shown on the website.
I tried to send back but the post office said it would cost £25.00, no way can I afford that. Trade and standards are unable to help it is a big CON.
The website should not be aloud to trade.

Ordered a jumper it arrived awful quality nothing like the advertised one. No label creased cheap. Contacted them offered 15% refund back and forward 30% refund request now to send bank to China at my expense. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY CHEAP NIGHTMARE RETURNS TO CHINA

I’m only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Saw some slip on mules on Instagram. They looked good. Sensibly priced for how they were presented. Ordered 2 pairs. As previous reviews said, took weeks to arrive and the quality was appalling. Faux suede, cork heel was in fact plastic with a cheap cork stick on over it. Stitching detail wasn’t even and lots of loose ends. Absolutely shocking. Tried to return via email. A very well written English email trying to persuade you not to return with offers of discount. When I refused 3 times she finally sent the returns form return to China despite there being a Manchester office. They also insisted I return within 14 days. Correspondence took 7 days with lots of fobbing off from their side. Do not be suckered in like I was. Absolute con!

The website/company are awful, don't buy any products! They are the cheapest lowest quality you will find and there’s no free returns - you have to pay for shipping back to China.

I ordered a jumper that I was so looking forward to receiving, I waited 2 weeks and when it arrived it was not the exact same jumper so I was very disappointed. I complained to jones and sons, their reply was to offer me to keep the jumper and they would offer my 15% off another item !!
I had lost all trust in the company, they refused to refund me so I am now sending it back to china at my expense to enable a full refund, totally disgusted and will never buy from this company again

Beware, the UK family run Company is a scam... the UK shop does not exist. Pictures of shop and customer reviews are fake on their website. Items are shipped straight out from China, and are not as described. They delayed my right to return for weeks, then ignore my online consumer rights to return under their cost. Consumer rights state that any items faulty or not as described must be returned at sellers cost. Ignored. A UK purchase should also can be returned to shop of purchase, not china even if stated on their webpage. This is classed as manufacturer. Company will not acknowledge this and that thread hanging off one of my garments I am being told is also "Part of the process". So much wrong. Going through the process of reporting to my bank and the next will be an ombudsman. Don't purchase from these people and if you already have KNOW YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS!! Don't give up and let them keep your money. This is what they do!!

This website is a scam, the item they sent is nothing like the picture of what I ordered, the fabric is cheap and the item is like a photo of a jumper printed on cheap polyester hoodie. When you try to click on the return link it doesn’t work and you can’t get hold of them

Ordered a Jacket. When it finally arrived it was too small and of very poor quality. No labels on it and the wadding was coming through in places. Contacted Johnson London regarding returning the item. They sent me the returns address in China. Return Postage will cost £30. So much for being a UK Company.
Absolute scammers. Poor Quality Product. So much for 30 day money back guarantee. AVOID
