No flexibility especially around holiday items
I purchased an apparel jacket as a Christmas present. I was on an international trip and could not give the gift to the recipient until January 19th. The jacket did not fit, so I went through customer service. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a larger size. Because I missed their customer deadline of January 9th, I was denied the exchange (I also had to call them 10 days after I sent the concern through their requested email because they only sent me a note saying they would review it...really 10 days to review? Customer service was not flexible in the least. IF YOU ARE BUYING ANYTHING FROM JOOLA AS A GIFT, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE HOLIDAYS, BUYER BEWARE. Really!! They can't even exchange an item size.

Amazing customer service! My table arrived with a slight defect. The staff were pleasant, caring, and efficient. The issue was resolved quickly. I wish more companies provided this level of customer support.

Joola has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have a warranty issue. My endcap wobbles. I was still under warranty when info was sent to Joola. I have sent multiple videos showing the endcap wobble to Peter Nguyen at Joola since 4/24, it is now 12/19/24 and he has yet not responded!
Can NOT speak to a person
Can NOT speak to a person, must set up a claim on file. I set up a claim on September 4, 2024, responsed back and and forth, they said will replace my paddle. After 2 weeks of me emailing them I heard nothing. I had to file 3 other claims.
Then they finally after 6 weeks they emailed me a return label. Then it took 2 weeks to receive paddle today. I will never buy another Joola product again, terrible warranty on a$279 Paddles. So took 62 days to resolve issue. :(
Wow what deception
Wow. I can’t believe a company this big has such a horrible customer service. I purchased the gen 3 pickle ball paddle the second day it came out right from the company. It was banned and they offered full refund if purchased during that time. After 6 emails and no response plus phone calls that no one answers I waisted $300 on something I can’t use or exchange. Joola should not be allowed to operate in the US for fraud.

Would advise people never to use this company whether it be direc or through Amazon. Just keep telling me to go back to Amazon, did that and still.got a faulty table tennis bat sent photo of damaged bat but still fobbed me of,it must be a faulty bat. If I were Amazon I would stop selling their product
Bad return policy
Joola will not let you try out your paddle and return it. It has to be unopened to return it. Go with any one of the other brands with much better return policies.
Terrible customer service Joola!
Received the wrong items August 13, tried calling and emailing them multiple times without any luck. Finally weeks later spoke with someone who emailed return info. Asked if they would send me the correct order so I could use in tournament that was coming up. They said no, wouldn’t send until they received the other stuff first. They finally received it from what I saw on my UPS tracking. Still haven’t received my order and it’s now Sept 25th! This is ridiculous!!! I’ve sent SO many emails without getting any responses. Called more times than I’d like to think about with no answer, only goes to voicemail that you can’t leave a message with. It’s getting close to 7 weeks since I placed my order. The clothes I bought were for playing outside during the summer months. It’s alll no ost October and I still don’t have my gear. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever (dealt with) or not been able to deal with. Might be done with Joola at this point.
GEN 3 CUSTOMER SERVICE
I PURCHASED A BEN JOHNS GEN 3 PADDLE AND IT IS NOW BANNED. I HAVE LEFT OVER A DOZEN MESSAGES AND CALLED MORE THAT 100 TIME WITH NO ANSWER. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Online ordering fail
Ordered a gen 3 perseus, looks like I got a used one?? the grip was peeling and for some reason it sounds like there's something rattling inside? If you're gonna buy, buy in store so you can see it before making the purchase. I guess that's on me.

Does anyone have any knowledge or advice? For some reason I decided to purchase my first two Joola gen 3 paddles. This was literally the only brand I refused to purchase in the past due to various reason including quality.
The Scorpius came damaged due to the awful packaging and the Magnus grit wore down on one side in less than one month. Anyway, the customer service has to be one of the worst in the industry. I finally received a reply to scribble void and other info on the paddle, but no reply for weeks since submitting.
Does anyone know what’s going on here with this company? I get that they are dealing with the USAP nightmare that we are all feeling, but what an atrocious customer experience for one of the biggest companies in the game.
Does anyone have any luck or remarks? I’ll never deal with them again. Thanks for your feedback.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Sent wrong paddle and it took over a week to get it. Left message about returning it - no call back. Finally got a hold of them and they sent Email asking for picture of unused paddle so they can issue an RMA - sent it to them and no response. Sent it again and no response. Don't buy direct from the web site.
Really pathetic
Whoever they outsourcing there online business to is an absolute joke. Error after error. Shipping the wrong paddle, spellynames wrong, saying one thing and doing another. It's really a joke. Joola makes a great paddle but whoever running the warehouse has 0 clue what they are doing!
Insulting customer service…
This id not about the product but the company. Returning an unopened padfle still sealed in shipping box and Dan Z in customer support insinuated I was lying. What a sorry company! I would not have any of their products if they paid me. I have no reason to lie Dan Z..you would do better to treat customers with respect and decency. So I refused the shipment and am disputung it on my cc...pretty sad it had to cims to that.

Exceptionally poor and terrible customer service agent who had no respect to listen to customer. Shame on Joola and will never buy any Joola product or recommend any one to buy as the customer service is disgusting and disgrace.
The Joola 16 mm Ben John’s Hyperion…
The Joola 16 mm Ben John’s Hyperion paddle caused me shoulder pain. When I contacted customer service, they told me they would not do anything for me. I asked for them to replace the paddle with something else that might work better.
How is anyone supposed to know whether a paddle is going to work unless they can try it?
