I highly recommend Joule Group. The issue I reported was completely resolved today. Engineer Powell was very professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing.
He quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. He also took the time to point out another issue that needed attention and sorted that as well. On top of that, he explained everything clearly and gave helpful advice on how to run the system more efficiently and reduce energy costs.
Great service overall—thanks again, Powell! I would definitely recommend him.

We were left without hot water and heating for five days during sub-zero temperatures, despite the company being aware that we have a small baby at home. The company promised the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but that did not happen. Instead, we were left waiting for days for the problem to be properly addressed.
It is extremely disappointing that there appears to be no priority system in place for vulnerable households.
The only reason I am giving any positive rating at all is because of their technician, Pawel. He was highly professional, respectful, and thorough. He even wore shoe coverings to keep our home clean, a small detail that shows genuine care. He ultimately fixed the issue properly after the initial repair by another technician failed to resolve it fully.
Thank you, Pawel, for your professionalism. As for the company, this experience was unacceptable.

It is rectified at present, and when he arrived, the communication error was not showing. Both the upstairs and downstairs heating are now working because the line was changed and the problem was resolved. I really appreciate Mr. Ryan for his help.

We had an ongoing issue with an air to water heating system that broke down when we had below freezing temperatures. The customer service team in Joule were very helpful in dealing with this and Ryan who installed the new heat pump was very thorough and professional.

Starting with the Customer Service talk with Martin who was really attentive, helpful and kind to Ryan who came to our house to fix the heating service, our experience with Joule was outstanding.
Ryan knew exactly what the problem was even before arriving and was really polite, detailed oriented, knowledgeable and experienced. Also had a lot of patience fixing the problem and explaining it as it seemed a little complex for us. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Excellent service by Pawel from Joule. The heating system was fixed efficiently, everything was left clean with no water spilled, and the work was carried out to a very high standard.
Pawel was punctual, polite, and professional throughout the visit. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

There is something wrong with the system every few months. I got it serviced and still it breaks.
This time the switch kept tripping for the outdoor unit.
An electrician came out to check the switches and confirmed it wasn’t electrical. They put me onto joule who has the worst customer service. They left me without heating and hot water for days. The manager initially said that I will receive a call from the customer service team. I then got an email later in the afternoon which I wasn’t checking as I was expecting a call. Then called the manager again who said again I’ll get the customer service team to call you. I saw the email late and responded with what was required. The next day I followed up in the morning and got a response to say I need to pay €120 to get the engineer to call out that may be refunded if it’s part of the warranty. I called them as this is just another delay. Why not pick up the phone to get this sorted instead of taking 3 working days to even arrange an engineer? I eventually paid through a link. They then moved things around to get an engineer out on Wed who said nothing was wrong and now the system is magically working again. Now I’m being told I won’t be refunded due to nothing wrong not being on the warranty list. Horrible experience
Very disappointed with the service. I’ve reported excessive noise from my heat pump several times, and although engineers came out—including a senior engineer in March—I was repeatedly told the noise is “no more than usual.” The problem is still there, but they’ve now said they won’t come back because they’ve “done everything they can.” It feels like my concerns were dismissed instead of properly investigated
The water was not getting heated. Pawel was very efficient to diagnose the error on the boiler and very quickly resolved. Thank you very much Pawel

He knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He even identified other urgent issue, which he addressed. This is my 2nd experience with Joule and their technician Pawel. He came to upgrade the valves from 20V to 240V .
Very knowledgeable and patiently addressed all my questions. He found a couple of other niggling issues that he addressed . Really impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail shown by Pawel and the Joule team.
Panel was at my unit to inspect Joule system. He addressed few configuration problems and updated the right Stellantrieb valve to work in sync. He also helped to understand the working of systems. He was very nice, polite, and patient to answer all my questions.
