I've been waiting for some time to order from Joyfolie and now ive finally managed to get the pieces I've wanted for some time. Ive only made one exchange so far and happy with my final purchase of two Anja tops, the Whitley skirt, a dress in a dark green gray color (im happy i made the swap) and a mauve like pink top with small frills (not usually my thing but im happy with the risk) the exchange was easy and before I did anything I reached out to customer service for assistance. This is the quickest customer support ive interacted with outside of amazon. They explained everything i needed to know, gave me a time frame, sent reminders and keep me updated on my order, exchange order and return. Shout out to the shipping options on your first purchase THAT was the BEST bonus for me. Thank you so much Joyfolie and I look forward to shopping with you all again.

Great quality, unique dresses, super fast shipping

I have three dresses from joyfolie and I absolutely love them. They fit so well. I dabble in a little western influencer modeling and have worn two of their dresses for photo shoots. Will definitely be buying from them again for a shoot at the end of the month 🩵

Only offering Credit is acceptable but when your credit expires in a short time or the email is lost-
It doesn’t seem like the best customer experience to keep funds AND the goods..
there are so many items it would help to have a feature to “like” the item so that one can make informed and careful decisions about the purchases - having the return policy what it is.

First time buyer with this clothing company, I ordered a dress and a bralette from Joyfolie. Unfortunately, the bralette was too small on me (ordered a M), I’ve never really worn a bralette and to be honest don’t know my measurements to go off of the size charts provided on the website. I now know, def need a size up ha! But with this, I contacted customer service and within the hour a service rep, Luis, reached out and helped me with an exchange, sizing questions, and any additional questions. The replies were well timed and the information provided was so throughly presented, any anxiety I had reaching a resolution was eased. The initial package was received on time and in good condition. The dress fits perfectly, and i absolutely love the material. It looks heavy but it’s actually very light. The bralette is beautiful, so I can’t wait until I get my exchange order in. All in all, if you are doubting the sizing, I recommend reaching out first to question. I’ll be buying more!

Fraudulent company. They fraudulently charged my credit card double what I ordered and refused to correct their mistake. Additionally, the dress I did order and receive is not accurate to the photos. Materials are cheap. Finishings are cheap. Ugly. If you like nice things and quality companies I don’t recommend. Shady.

The below response is inaccurate. I wrote a review on their site for the dress addressing the quality and they did not publish it. I am sure this happens regularly. Their reviews are positive on their site because they do not allow negative reviews to be shown, obviously. In fact, I just reaffirmed they have zero reviews on their site for the dress I’m talking about - likely because no one has submitted positive reviews, only negative. Unfortunately, making up false information is not helpful to their company but just reaffirms what I am bringing up. Additionally, they placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card. They have since been blocked to prevent this fraudulent behavior from recurring. Completely untrustworthy. If they wanted to fix the issue they could. The dress has still never been worn and there is no way it ever will be because it is cheap and ugly. They are welcome to have it back for a refund but they refused this. Ridiculous.

I purchased some items, and they didn't work out. I returned them and was given a 5-digit number to use as a credit. I went back to the site about a year later to use the credit, but it wasn't working, and the order went through without the credit being applied. I sent a message letting them know the credit didn't work. They said they couldn't apply it to something that was already purchased. So I sent a message asking them to cancel my order. They said it was too late because they shipped the order. Now I'm trying to return it to them, and they will only give me a credit because I used a coupon on their site. They did send me a new 16-digit code, so my first credit will work now. It's such a shame their customer service is so bad. I applied the number they gave me, it didn't, and the order went through.

Best Customer service ever! Really fast at responding and they truly make you feel like your request matters no matter what. Plus quality of products is soooo good. Love Joyfolie!

I ordered multiple different styled dress. Each one had great quality and stitched with care. Excellent for weddings, family photos, or just casually around the home.

Quality is always top notch! We typically search JoyFolie for specific items (special occasions) and we have never had a 'bad purchase' and usually we can find savings that makes the items affordable too!

My girls love their dresses. They wear them all the time and look just as great as when they first got them.

I purchased for the first time from this company on March 13. All items other than one were full price. I made sure to check the return policy, which states:

“ Q: Is my return eligible for a refund?

A: Full priced items qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.”

I did not read on, as my order fell into that category. It isn’t until you read further into the policy that actually, that’s a complete lie - full price items are not eligible for return if a promo code is used. This is beyond misleading and is clearly used to fool people. Why such a bizarre policy that I completely outside the standard for retail? These are still full priced items; a promo just took a discount off the total.

Regardless, I emailed asking for a one time exception to make a return back to my form of payment. I ordered a few more items than I typical would I have so that I could get an idea of the materials and fit. And I liked the items! It’s just that only one dress fit me. At the time of me asking this request, I still planned to order in the future especially is they offered kind and reasonable customer service in this matter.

After multiple emails, they refuse. I am asking for a small return and refund, around $200, and they refuse to work with me.

I have now reported to BBB and attorney general and am working my way through reviews and social media. Really disgusting and misleading practices. Don’t gaslight customers into thinking this is normal when you are clearly phrasing your verbiage to fool them and be misleading.

The clothes I have purchased from there have been great quality and just as pictured on the website. The product descriptions have been reliable. The size guide is accurate and they always mention if something runs small or large.
