I recently used JpFans to order items from Japan, and so far my experience has been quite positive. The website is well-organized and, most importantly, very transparent about costs — shipping fees and any additional charges are clearly displayed, with no unpleasant surprises at checkout.

My order has been placed and confirmed, though it hasn't shipped yet, so I can't comment on delivery times or packaging quality at this stage. That said, the ordering process was smooth and straightforward.

Very nice if you wanna buy a rare figure and good help system, expensive international fee but worth it!

Awesome experience. There was a specific order where the seller canceled and the money immediately got transferred back to me. I had the option of having them on the app or transferring them to my bank account. Because this transaction happened immediately I was able to just buy the same figure from another seller at the same price, so everything was good! The figure in perfect condition brand new and the customer support very helpful and fast! I will be buying again!

My first experience with JPFans went perfectly! Shipping was incredibly fast, for it arrived to the states in 7 or 8 days. My package was a decent size, and shipping turned out to be $41, which is definitely not bad for international shipping. I highly, highly suggest to use the coupons you get when you first sign up, they are very helpful! Also, do not feel anxious to talk with customer service since they relieved a lot of stress and were very helpful to me as a first time buyer!

I started using JPFans a few months ago to buy my favorite items from Japan, and my experience so far has been absolutely fantastic. Having already placed several orders, I have been particularly impressed by two aspects: the shipping speed and the incredible care taken with the packaging. My parcels always arrive in perfect condition, with the products safely protected by bubble wrap, which is a crucial detail when ordering fragile collectibles. The customer support was also highly responsive and polite when I had a quick question about customs. The app itself is intuitive and very easy to navigate. However, if I had to offer a personal suggestion for improvement, I would love to see the introduction of more advanced search filters (for example, filtering by price range or immediate availability) to make shopping even smoother. Overall, JPFans has become my go-to app. I highly recommend it!

Jpfans site is easy to use everything is their from kpop to figurines,bags,clothes ect and for really good prices to you can get some really great things that we can't get here in the UK,great communication all the way through helped with anything I asked,they send you proof of what you've ordered and when packing you can pick how you want your packages packed,when I received my box everything was beautifully packaged I'm over the moon and it took less than a week to come honestly outstanding can't wait for my next order 🙂

I am happy with the catalog of items you can choose from and the prices are quite good, the shipping is faster than expected and the items I recieved were accurate to the listings (goa skirt scarf and top combo) overall it was quite a pleasant experience.

Great site from ordering stuff from Japan. The prices are fair and it’s really easy to find your way. The shipping might be a little bit on the expensive side if you live far away like me but everything else is great

Jpfans are awesome! I managed tot find a very good deal on a few japanese action figures which usually would cost me a lot on most other sites due to extra taxes and such but jpfans allows you to get these for a lot cheaper and there are plenty of older releases that you may have trouble finding elsewhere! Packaging is well and shipping is fast! Very recommended

Great customer service, and updates for my purchases were frequent. Whenever there was issues with a seller, Jpfans staff were always on top of it and communicative, and were eager to help with questions and refunds. Great place to get the anime merch I wanted, and allowed me to find the best prices on authentic merch from Japan. Bundle shipping the items together made it much more affordable to ship my items, which was a nice bonus :D

JPFans is a very amazing proxy to purchase items from Japan!
Recently JPFans exceeded their checking out limit from being able to purchase 10 things at once to now being able to purchase 20 things at once! Other proxies would generally only let you buy things one by one. JPFans also provides a free quality inspection service to ensure that your items are in the desired condition, while in other proxies, they’ll generally charge ¥500 or more for photos. To any potential K-pop fans that don’t want to wait many months for an order to arrive I’d definitely recommend JPFans, I always use UPS when ordering and it took only a day for my parcel to go from Japan to the United States! JPFans also sends you warehouse commodity reminders, to ensure if you still want your package if you haven’t paid for the shipping within a few days, they’ll give you a few days to let you return the item until you’re not eligible to return it anymore. You can also sign up with influencers’ or a friend’s referral code and get about ¥14,000 ($86.00) worth of coupons including shipping discounts if paying for shipping may be an issue, plus a 50% discount if you buy from Mercari! JPFans also gives you options on how you want your item to be packed, but items usually arrive safely even if you don’t pay extra for the parcel. Would recommend shipping insurance which is only about ¥796 so that your parcel doesn’t get lost during shipping. There is so much to JPFans that people may not know of, definitely recommend! My only regret is that I haven’t discovered JPFans earlier

This is a really useful proxy service for buying figures from Japan. The app is very easy to use, the auto translate feature is a big help, and the whole ordering process was really smooth. Everything arrived safely and I'Il definitely be using it again.

Everything went very well, I highly recommend it! The space was well optimized to combine the two items and reduce the volume, without damaging the products. The logistical inspection carried out by the warehouse is very reassuring, knowing that our purchases will travel a lot.

Out of all the proxy services I’ve used this one is the easiest and best I’ve used. I use it to buy kpop albums and photocards. They’re very communicative and let you know when they secure your item, when it arrives at the warehouse, etc. Once it arrives at the warehouse they take quality inspection photos, which is normally an extra charge on other sites! Everything gets packaged together, and the shipping cost is determined by weight. I pick JPF-AIR as my shipping choice and it took around 8 days to arrive to my house in the UK I believe. Overall my experience has been extremely positive!

This is my absolute favourite website to use to ship clothing from Japan to the UK!! The app is so easy to use, everything arrived quickly and was so well packaged. They also send pictures of all the items you purchase before they ship them out so you can see exactly what you’re getting - highly recommend if you love Japanese clothing, figures, cosplay, collectibles etc etc!!

It was my first time using JPFans and I was so impressed! The entire process from start to finish of my order was seamless! It’s so easy to find the KPOP merch I want from other countries, especially Japan. The app is super easy to navigate and I was able to find everything I wanted with ease. I bought a number of items, and had them all shipped out together and they arrived in perfect condition, packaged with care and super fast too! I especially loved that they send you photographs of the items when they arrive at the warehouse, so you can check that you’re happy with the quality! I ordered items from multiple different sellers too, so it was super handy that I was able to have everything stored in the warehouse until I was ready to ship!
