Perfect school break time snack
Brilliant new addition for my daughter’s school snack… I used to have a battle with her about what to pack but she loves these and asks for them over any other snack! I’ve only bought the strawberry so far but going to order a double box next so we can try out the lemon ones!

Thank you Alison - this is great to hear how much your daughter loves the Jungle Squad cakes! Hopefully one less battle for you to have with snacking which is just what we set out to do. We would love to hear your favourite flavour if you do order a double box next time!

Hi,
We’re really sorry to see this and understand why the tracking updates have caused concern.
Your order has not been lost or “returned” — the “Return to Sender” message you saw is a known issue with Royal Mail tracking on some international shipments, particularly when parcels are being processed through customs in Ireland. These scans can appear incorrectly while the parcel is still in transit.
We’ve checked your shipment and can confirm it has now left the UK and is progressing as expected. A replacement was also sent in good faith to avoid delays, which is why you’ve seen multiple tracking updates.
We’ve reached out to you directly to resolve this as quickly as possible and will make sure you receive your order or a full resolution.
We take feedback like this seriously and are always here to help — please contact us directly so we can get this fully sorted for you.

Our kids love these new cake bars! They're so tasty - and filling too. Great for lunch boxes and we love all the different characters on them. Our 8 year old just wants to open and eat them all!! The market has been crying out for a lower sugar product - and the cards are an added bonus. Will definitely be buying again!

Disingenuous marketing!
Useless, doesn’t stop kids from scrolling down, the game is online and encourages kids to buy more cards!

Thank you for your feedback, we completely understand screen time is a real concern for parents. Any additional content is optional and not needed to enjoy the cards. Like all trading cards, part of the fun is collecting and swapping with friends, but there's no pressure to buy more. We'd love the chance to help if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly.
