Price was total wrong- person came here as if I was selling a car, not junking it.- also came he was going to give this a women's group- low balled the price, I was junking a car not selling this for someone to drive away.

The company is very prompt on giving you an estimate and are willing to work with you if that wasn’t what you were looking to receive for your junk vehicle. The tow truck driver i was very pleased that he didn’t have any issues with finding my home and removing it from my driver way! Also , please make sure that if they say cash that is what you receive because I got a hand written check that I’m having difficulties cashing! Pleased with the customer service I received from those that were involved , very well spoken and knowledgeable . Thank you and I will definitely tell others who are seeking to sell their junk vehicles or scrap metal

We set up a time to pick up the car on the phone. I was then told 30 minutes after the scheduled time that no one was coming to pick up the car. I then had to wait another 50 minutes. Overall, a pretty frustrating experience not to mention being called and texted frequently by workers asking me if I got my car picked up.

The representative explained the details and steps of the transaction and kept in contact with me throughout the process and followed up with me after the pickup of my vehicle. Even the towing company kept me updated on their arrival.
