When I tried to deposit my check to my financial institution it was rejected. Called the company and they voided the check,now I’m having to wait for them to mail me an another check. I wish the financial part of the transaction had been smoother

As you can imagine I was skeptical at the rate of speed the transaction took place in. From the inquiry for a quote to the request for docs. That being said I was very pleased with the transaction and will use them again for any of my cars in the future.

Good overall experience
In the end, the transaction went smoothly, though I had my doubts after drivers failed to pick up our car for two days in a row. Wheelzy employees kept us up to date with text messages and phone calls and were always quick to help. The third attempt was the charm - the car was picked up and the check cleared without issues at Bank of America.
