Waiting almost 5 weeks for a hat i ordered.. emailed the company to find out what was going on. I did get a response back. Seemed like some sort of computer generated answer however. Luckily my credit card company is still working with me so I actually haven't had to pay for it yet

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. PRODUCT WILL NOT COME WHEN EXPECTED. SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN

My order never came been a few months impossible to track it down and speak to someone . Money wasted expensive delivery price Aswell. Do not recommend!!

This is a scam they never sent me my order and i have e-mail them over and over with no response. They suck don't order from these people. UPDATE I wouldn't pick this unlock shot it's a rip off. THEY don't unlock nothing.. it's a peace.of shit lie. THEY GOING TO BURN U SO DONT USE THIS CRAP

As reported by other customers I am still awaiting delivery of an order placed on 11 December 2020 and 2 months later have still not had any notification on its whereabouts. I have had an email from "Workwear Online Ltd" saying that they acquired the assets of Just Love Gifts on 8 January 2021 but which did not include previous business activity.
So frustrating as the order was needed as Christmas presents and the lack of communication from the company has been appalling.
If my experience is anything to go by, avoid and shop elsewhere for your personalised gifts.

My gift has still not shown two months after ordering despite an email confirming it was delivered. After informing the company I was assured another one would be sent out. No email confirmation and no delivery received. Since then the company have blocked my number and refuse to acknowledge the issue. I am awaiting response via PayPal. I am shocked with the total disregard for customers. Honesty is key. I would be happy if an explanation had been given but to bury heads in the sand is just unprofessional. So two months later I have not received my order. For your own sake do NOT buy from this company. Save yourself the stress and the money

Don’t ever order from website - just love skulls. I’ve been waiting since July for a Bluetooth skull speaker. Paid and got burned $75. Repetitive AI artificial intelligence email replies assure me I will receive the product I paid for. Refuse to refund my money after numerous requests. Share far and wide just so no one else gets scammed. We’re all in this together and we need to weed out the fake companies and shady businesses

SCAM!! Placed an order in August, they promised to send it, never did. Then they said they processed a refund but of course never did. They then blocked me on Facebook and ignored my emails. Rude, unprofessional and clearly a scam. I have submitted a consumer complaint report and urge everyone else to do so as well. Worst company ever.

To clarify, my order was completely normal and I even changed it to make it easier for them to personalize to which they said they could and let me hanging for another 2 months without a word until I inquired about it and they said they issued the refund which they never did. Another seller was happy to help and did my order immediately without any issues. And no, no matter what they claim, refund was never issued so pure lies and you claim to not be rude, just read your own responses to the negative reviews!! Ridiculous. Glad I reported them and if they don’t issue my refund, I will go further. It’s about principal and stopping scammers like them.

Terrible service and communication. Any company that doesn’t display a phone number on their website tells you all you need to know. Avoid at all costs. Spent £534 and order that never arrived. I’m having to contact my credit card supplier for a refund.

Clearly a scam website! They take your money and nothing arrives, no response to emails about order not arriving. I have reported them to trading standards as it appears I am not the only one who has been affected by this.

Further to my earlier review & feeling scammed & not receiving a response to my previous messages I can confirm that I have now received a replacement as promised & it's perfect.

Would I recommend this company... certainly NOT and would go as far as to say avoid at all cost!!
Personalised nursery book purchased on the 15th November, money taken straight away & still waiting for my item that's was "supposedly" dispatched on 30th November.
NO customer service contacted several times with NO response & as yet no refund. Very disappointed & would recommend anyone to use a better more reliable company.
