I am so grateful to have discovered Loretta's business when I searched for memorial jewelry following the devestating unexpected loss of my husband early this year. Loretta sent the print kit directly to the funeral home and kept me up to date when she first received the prints back and patiently waited until I was ready to discuss my order. We discussed the order over text,email and talked over the phone. I found interacting with Loretta easy, she is kind and was very sympathetic of my situation. Excellent communication throughout the process. I bought 4 bracelets (a bracelet for each of my children and myself) and a heart necklace, all with my husband's fingerprints and custom messages on the back.
These peacies mean the world to us.
