I wanted to follow a certain creator and so I created an account using my Twitter (X) profile therealpicazzo to log in. Worked well! So I paid my subscription and startet following them.
But after 1 day I could not login anymore to my JFF account. It says that my profile is not active anymore.
WTF?
I sent a mail to support team but got no respond.
I want my money back!
This is pure SCAM!

I also trusted JustForFans with sensitive personal content, ID verification photos, and hours of effort uploading material for review. I followed every rule: 5 video posts, a real profile photo, and a verified Twitter account with followers.

I was also waiting for them to silently deactivate my account without a proper explanation. All I received was a cold, generic response saying my “information was removed from the system.” The response I got was that they could not verify my information, but it was all accurate, and they even got my bank deposit information.

YES--- stay far away from JustForFans. I agree with other here... They don’t protect your work, your effort, or your dignity. In fact, I suspect they also act as a phishing operation gathering information and selling it to the black market, or even worse! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Just got kicked out/locked out after inputting lots of personal info plus loading videos. At this point I’ve reached out to their help contact but I’ve also placed a fraud alert on my credit and froze my credit and I’m probably file a police report. This is too sketchy with no explanation

Scam and unprofessional they didn't even emailed me that they deactivated my account or deleted my info even with hrs of working and uploading stupid as heck

Worse: my explicit content remained live during this entire process, despite having no active account. I lost time, energy, and exposed myself on a platform that clearly does not value new creators — unless you’re already a big name.

If you’re a new or alternative creator looking to grow, stay far away from JustForFans. They don’t protect your work, your effort, or your dignity.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with JustFor.Fans (JFF) that I feel compelled to share.

Incident Details:

Date of Transaction: February 1, 2025​
Service Purchased: Custom video with a one-week delivery guarantee​
Total Amount: $48 (including a $10 expedited service fee)​
The creator failed to deliver the video within the promised timeframe. I requested a cancellation and refund before any content was provided. However, the creator sent the video days later, and JFF refused to process a refund, stating that refunds are at the creator's discretion—a policy not disclosed upfront.​

Coercive Chargeback Policy:

Upon considering a charge dispute through my bank, I discovered JFF's alarming policy:​

"Have an issue with a charge on your credit card? Talk to us about it, not your bank. If you issue a chargeback through your bank, we will ban you from using our platform."​

This policy discourages users from exercising their legal rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and raises serious ethical concerns.​

In response to this situation, I have:
Filed complaints with the Louisiana Attorney General's Office, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Initiated a chargeback with my bank, providing all relevant documentation, including JFF's coercive policy.

I advise potential users to exercise caution when dealing with JustFor.Fans. Their lack of transparency regarding refund policies and their intimidating chargeback stance undermine consumer rights and trust. It's crucial to be fully informed and consider these factors before engaging with their services.

I has problem with payment. Payment was send wrong to my family member account instead of mine by my mistake, after contacting support they gave me all informations and instructions so that I can prove to the bank that this is not fraud and that I am real person. Just for fans is much better than other sites. I using it while ago. And I am successful model on this platform.

Useless website created by a useless idiot been logged out of my profile and can't get back in it says en address not registered even though I get emails from them then it says password breach, I'm not going through the register crap again, would rather just delete

Basically they let me register, upload the ID's, paperwork, upload gigabytes of clips, create thumbnails, previews, tags, etc and then they block the access to my profile and the videos, because my X profile "doesn't have enough social activity". They stole my work. Customer service Lila is since then not responding.

I started uploading content in June 2023.
I haven't been paid EVER.
Stay away from these fraudsters.

If I could give 0 stars I would, i start downloading content in the app 2 days ago, and i made over $100 but the credit cards were fraudulent, and JFF remove the money from my account. What makes me mad is that users have access to your content free, because aparently they pay, but couple hours later that money dissapear from your account. In 2 days, 4 persons do that to me. No one.... 4 persons. A colombian guy was so desperate to do videocall with me very desperate, is good that I was sick and I said nooo. If I would say yes, i would waste my time for free. They send you tips and buy memberships but hours later you lost all that money and when you contact customer service they said fraudulent accounts, but the guys look at your content for free. Thats not good. Is not nice this page do not protect their creators regarding chargeback. I delete my account

misleading payment structure...after subscribing for about £7 you are then charged for each video too and they are very expensive! £10-£30 each ! AVOID

No help or support for performers whatsoever. Steal your content then de-activate your account and ignore all correspondence. Fraudsters. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not use.

This is a very scrapy side. Many scammers and fake account holders! Stay away from this side!!!
