My common sense tells me it's better not to get involved with a cam site that has big problems with payment systems. Another issue is that there is no way to contact customer support. You only get robotic answers that are totally useless and don't help you to solve your problem. It looks like they have fewer cam girls comparing to other sites and their models are not so attractive.

I am one of the models on loyal fans and I get exact amount I’m suppose to yes you have to have at least $50 to cash out but in the end it has helps for bank statements but I agree with one thing loyal fans don’t actually have a real phone number

Most models act like bots and don't text back it cost to send text and when you do buy a video that creator texted you that very same second a whole sentence sometimes like copy and paste i would said 40% out of 100 are actually girls that will actually chat back with you WHEN YOU PAY THEN TO DO DO SO.

Ladies don’t get on LoyalFans unless you are extremely BIG and probably prostitute your P out. I used to use onlyfans but switched since it had a better user face and supposedly had the best customer base. I’ve been a creator there since the beginning of the year and I’ve gotten followers but no subscribers or tips, I’m pretty sure they are either bots or freeloaders. I make plenty of decent quality content (domme) and post everyday or send out messages just to have no engagement from them. Discrimination on application: I was asked to provide age verification with LoyalFans. LoyalFans rejected my application without any explanation. Robert (LoyalFans.com) doesnt even read my emails just copy paste some generated bs. Looks like they have some internal agenda that usual customers are not aware of.

Extremely disappointing. My account was suspended without warning after I had already paid for a subscription. No prior notice, no explanation, just blocked access. Feels like paying in a store and then being thrown out without the product. Absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional service.

LoyalFans' system gives creators unchecked power to exploit parasocial relationships for money, punish subscribers with price hikes, and remove them from communities — all while the platform turns a blind eye.

If you’re considering LoyalFans, be cautious. Emotional manipulation hides behind a paywall here. And when you’re hurt or confused, LoyalFans won’t help you. They’ll just tell you, “You didn’t have to send a message.”

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD.
I usually dont believe in bad reviews, but this site really deserves all the bad reviews and i can relate to them.

I was banned TWO DAYS before payout. Ha-ha. 700 was taken from me. FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT DO. I was accused of playing a recording during live streaming - which i didnt do.

I got a mail saying my account was suspended and If I would like further help, I should just text back and theyd be happy to help. Sounds very promising no? But holy - the staff was WAY nicer and professional than the manager "Alyssa" that only replied with entitled, cold responses. No explanation, nothing. WHEN I ASK : What rule did I violate in your terms of agreement? Beacuse I read it through multiple times. THE REPLY I GOT: "the decision is final"

Even if what I was accused of was true - its really not something youd get banned for, without a warning, unless - the site is purposely trying to steal money. Why would they close an account that makes money for their site - wihtout warning? (ESPECIALLY since i didnt do anything wrong)

I asked my fans from Fansly and OnlyFans to sign up on Loyalfans to support me. I worked so hard promoting and building my page, and now Loyalfans has made me look like a joke. I grew my account to over 600 fans, put in countless hours of work — and they still haven’t paid me. Even worse, they’ve completely ignored all of my emails and payment requests. All the time, effort, and energy I invested has been disrespected. Creators deserve better.

Quality support staff and excellent service

I tried to set up payment on LoyalFans.com (LF) so I can subscribe or tip a content creator. Kept running into problems and I could not - kept receiving the message about calling the Help Desk. I called their Help Desk and got a recording - could not talk to or get directed to someone to work on this particular issue. I emailed LF's help desk and they told me to try different ways (use different credit cards, EPOCH; different devices with differ OS, erased all cookies, use differ browsers and private browser mode) and I did ALL these multiples times and still nothing. Their help desk is NO HELP at all even via email. I would give them a NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could.
