My opinion they seemed like a small company trying to pretend they are large
Staff poorly trained mostly English packers and I was passed around to a different person with every communication. Information varied considerably and was poorly explained

JustFund helped me access the funds I needed for my legal costs during separation. After years out of the workforce raising my children and running our family business, I couldn’t have afforded representation on my own. Their support made a stressful time so much more manageable. I’m genuinely grateful.

Possibly one of the most honest and helpful experiences I’ve had in 25 years of business and dealing with financial companies, while dealing with such a emotional and difficult legal matter the Team at Just Fund not only listened they took a real interest in what I was experiencing through a very difficult Family matter and took the time to just check in with me regularly to ensure I was Ok and offered many useful resources and contacts for myself regurlarly throughout my dealings with them.

I spoke to just fund several times and was told that JustFund would not provide me with terms and conditions until "I was a customer". This isn't legal. My opinion is this service feels like a pawn broker that plays on people's vulnerabilities.

The empathy and options offered but also the multi faceted team that worked alongside the legal team and lawyers . The ongoing transparency and being able to speak to someone personally at times of worry instead talking with my lawyer about costs with a time charge the explanation from the team was not charged at a legal rate invaluable and efficient and supportive communication . During aggressive domestic violence and financial coercive control this reassurance is key and vital in stabilising and victims better understanding of their options and allowing time for healing and getting affairs in order with limited ongoing detriment to self .

The Team at JustFund were amazing! At a time when I was struggling, emotionally & financially, Andy & his Team offered me a solution that would ease my financial worries & let me concentrate on preparing for my legal case. I was impressed with the level of Communication from Justfunds too, as emails, and phone calls were answered or returned promptly, with respect, & honesty.
