I’ve used local brokers and direct to banks. JMB is by far easier and quicker.
100% Recommend to anyone.

We had a previously poor experience with another broker which had left us frustrated and downbeat. However, the whole experience with just mortgage brokers was exceptional from start to finish.
We were kept up to date with the process and any questions we had for either Adrian or Joanna were answered very promptly. Which is exactly what you need during, what can be, a very stressful time

Having started in a place where I thought I would never get a mortgage due to adverse credit issues over the past few years, Lester and Finn reviewed my application in depth and over the course of several works worked tirelessly to fit me to the right mortgage product and take it all the way through to offer.

Extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise on display, and I won't hesitate to use their services again in the future when it comes up for remortgage, even if there are no adverse issues at this stage.

All in all a brilliant service/experience.

Horrible customer service

We have bad credit and have struggled to get a high street mortgage. I called just mortgage brokers and they were able to find a lender who would work with us. Joanna has been a brilliant help throughout the process, she is always quick to respond to emails or calls. The only downside I have experienced are the solicitor's they recommended Beaumont Legal who weren't very good with timeliness or communication, but Joanna stepped in and dealt with everything. I can't thank her enough.

I can’t recommend Just Mortgage Brokers highly enough. From the start they have been very transparent and keep you up to date with all stages of the process. It has been a pleasure working with Joanna Everett and Lester Blaking to get our Mortgage in place. I would use them again in the future.
