I had an EXTREMELY complex case. Both Lester and Nathan worked extremely hard and consequently I received the full mortgage offer! They were both professional, patient and friendly. They also were very good at communicating. I was kept informed regularly on the progress of my application. I will definitely be recommending then to family and friends. We found Just Mortgage Brokers from a google search and it was like fate.

Being in our late 30's, with 3 kids, trying to get on the property ladder whilst being self-employed sounded impossible.
We'd been to 3 brokers from friend recommendations before meeting Lester Blaking. We felt ignored and like they weren't fighting in our corner. We had been given illustrations that were way too low, with ridiculous interest rates, but happened to have incredibly high referal payments to the broker. All hope was truly lost.

In desperation, I simply googled mortgage brokers for self-employed people and Just Mortgage Brokers came up, I gave them a call and within hours I was filling out forms for an application.
The team was amazing, Lester would go out of his way to chase up the case, call estage agents, give me updates and even pushed for my case to be accelerated with the lender so that I could move in on time. I couldn't sing any higher praise to JMB, I am truly grateful to the team for making this dream of ours come true.

They are friendly, helpful and were informative the whole way through, they were always happy to speak things through and explain over the phone not just via email. This is my second mortgage through Just Mortgage Brokers, and have been extremely happy on both occasions. Daniel responded to my emails very quickly, and also answered all of the questions I had for them.
The valuation fees are a complete rip off from the mortgage companies, but when the high streets turn you away then there's not much you can do about it and is obviously just another way of getting money from you.

We were surprised at first to be accepted for a mortgage as we had a few issues a couple of years ago which i had always been told you probably wont get approved. Having Spoken to Lester he advised that they could more than likely help. I have to say initially i had my doubts. However i was proven to be wrong. Lester/Nathan guided us through from start to finish with a few requests here and there for a lot of payslips etc.....we have got there. The communication from the start has been great kept us informed all the way through. Some requests were a little repetitive but we stuck with it and have now been approved. So thanks again to Lester and Nathan much appreciated Mr and Mrs Adams.

Well what can I say, Daniel, Nathan and the team have gone above and beyond trying to help us get our mortgage. From initial queries, to helping us when our mortgage got knocked back they kept going and found us 1. Nothing was to big for them to do, they was always at the end of the phone to help (and trust me we rang them nearly every day I think). Honestly can’t thank them enough. Would highly recommend.
