The team was very efficient. They responded to calls promptly and made a complicated process less daunting.

We have used JMB three times now for remortgaging and a buy-to-let. We just keep going back! Each time they just get what we need straight away. They're fast, efficient and get the best rates. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Lester and Faith provided exceptionally great service throughout. Lester's level of communication has been fantastic, easily accessable and very clear guidance. He submitted our application on a Monday and we had our decision by Wednesday.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We dealt predominantly with Ben but also spoke with Faith who answered all our questions in detail and very promptly. As first time buyers we were not familiar with the processes involved in obtaining a mortgage but Ben put us at ease and made the process very straight forward, providing honest and helpful advice throughout.

We had a really great experience with S Awan at Just mortgages. She explained everything to us really clearly, answered all of our questions and recommended some great deals to us. We actually went with our original broker in the end (as they found the same deal), but I would not have hesitated to have gone with Just mortgages for their fast and reliable service.

This is the second time we have dealt with Shane and the second time he has been brilliant. Easy process keeping us updated at all times.
Nathan has also been great, again keeping the communication flowing at each point.

I'm very grateful to Ben for arranging a mortgage for me despite my poor credit score. I never thought I could get a mortgage. He was professional, helpful and prompt in responding to my emails. Equally helpful was Faith who was friendly and forthcoming with any information I required.

Me and my partner had been using another mortgage brokers for 6 months and progress had all but stalled to a standstill. Through frustration we looked for another company to help us. Yasmin/Faith/Nathan and the team at Just Mortgage Brokers were exactly the help we needed. They moved so quickly to find us a lender, kept us informed daily of any progression or issues and through their diligent work mentality they have we have had a mortgage arranged and secured and due for pay out in under 2 months ! with a cheaper monthly payment to boot! My only regret is that we hadn't been recommended them earlier. Me and my family cannot praise them enough and during these testing times they have been simply outstanding. Thank You.

We cannot rate Just Mortgage Brokers highly enough. In a VERY difficult market they were the most professional brokers we dealt with. They kept us updated, we’re always there to answer questions and were realistic and honest. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Unfortunately when we enquired recently with JMB we did not get the service we expected from reading all the reviews on here...pretty much no service at all.
On initial contact we got a quick call back which was great however we were simply advised not to look to get a mortgage at the moment, they did not seem like they wanted to do it to be honest. However he said if we wanted to call back and go ahead then we should.
Myself and my partner discussed and we are really looking to move ASAP so called back and left a message for the person we spoke to. We received an email to say we would get a call back that day and we are still waiting for that call back 3 weeks on.

We went with another mortgage lender who we cannot praise enough and are currently waiting on our mortgage application to be approved.

I don't doubt that this company have helped a lot of people and their service to them was incredible, just seems we were not what they are looking for!

Lester and Nathan worked hard to meet my re-mortgage needs keeping in touch regularly with updates and developments.
Lester in particular operated in a calm and efficient manner which was helpful whenever I felt pressured. Thank you both
