Ben and Danielle have made this process so much less stressful and they both went above and beyond what I could of asked for whilst securing our mortgage.

Ben initially was always to hand, helping us understand our options and provide valuable experience to a first time buyer.

Danielle has been helping us throughout the rest of the journey and she has always been on the other end of the phone to provide updates on time and go far beyond her normal duties in order to take some pressure off me towards the end of the process.

I couldn’t of asked for more from them both and would recommend to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

I have had a very smooth and great experience and i feel i should have choose them a little earlier i would be closer to having home more sooner. Everyone at just mortgages did their best to make the whole home buying and beginning the procedures easy.

Both Shane and Danielle were extremely helpful and always available for us. Found us a great mortgage deal. Would highly recommend.

Ben was very knowledgeable when it came to initial application and broking process. He was extremely helpful and made sure we had a smooth process. He is a credit to the company and easily makes the higher fees justifiable.
Katie was simply amazing when it came to chasing the lender and giving us regular updates. Whenever I asked for an update, I would get a reply straight away and always in the same day. When talking to others going through a similar process with other brokers, their communication was non-existent, the exact opposite of what I found with Ben and Katie. Thank you to you both!

Nathan and Shane were both great helped to organise a great mortgage

With the usual story of being young, stupid and not considering things like credit ratings, it was very clear we would not be accepted on the high street for a mortgage for our ideal family home. However, with honest feedback, sound advice and a really fast turnaround, Lester, Katie and Just mortgage brokers genuinely did turn our dream into a reality.

At every step of the process Lester kept us up to date and well informed, and made sure things went as smoothly as the possibly could. Once the mortgage was accepted Katie took over and made sure all final admin went smoothly, always being available to answer any questions.

Applying for a mortgage, and going through the entire process, is easily the most stressful thing I’ve experienced so far in my life but I can not recommend Just Mortgages highly enough. It’s still surreal writing this as I hold my house keys in my other hand. Thanks so much for everything.

This was not an easy process by any means and i do appreciate the hard work that everyone had put in specially in these challenging times and when lenders are changing criteria on a daily basis.

My frustration and negativity is not around this. My frustration is because of poor communication from Adrian. At a very crucial point of the process he failed to inform me that he was going on holiday. This had a serious knock on effect and Luckily Katie rescued the situation.

This created a huge amount of nervousness and anxiety that could have been easily prevented with a decent hand over and informing me that he was going on holiday

The whole process has been handled smoothly and professionally, great communication, always responding on time without delays. Nathan and Yasmin were extremely knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful from getting me the best possible deal to chasing the lender to complete on time.

Ben and Nathan have been extremely helpful. I can imagine at times they wanted to tell me to go away with all the times I emailed or called. However, they both stayed professional and answered my questions, if they knew the answer , or got back to me with the answer.

i cannot even explain how im feeling right now! i have just been accepted for my mortgage! after trying many different mortgage advisors and having 0 luck i finally found just mortgage brokers and honestly just want to say a massive thankyou to the whole team for putting up with my constant phone calls, emails and nagging! but especially to ben and katie they have helped me through every step of the way answered all my DAILY questions, i would never use anyone else now i know about this broker! thankyou guys once again never been so happy

Just mortgages was the second company we approached after the first were pretty hopeless! Just mortgages were fantastic! Shane and Nathan couldn’t have done more and we had a mortgage in principle within days of sending across our information. Obviously it took a while to get the mortgage offer with the Covid situation but everything went smoothly, it is was just a waiting game unfortunately. Can highly recommend, and they treat every individual the same whether they have squeaky clean credit rating or a not so good one!

Cannot recommend them enough. My boyfriend is self employed and our hopes of being able to get a mortgage we’re slowly dwindling. Previous to finding JMB, we must have spoken to at least 5 different mortgage advisors who told us we couldn’t afford this and wouldn’t get that etc. Personally, I felt like because we were wanting to use the help to buy scheme, these other advisors couldn’t be bothered to help us. LUCKILY, I came across JMB by looking at the reviews and I am so, so happy that I did. From the first email, Shane Finbow has been absolutely brilliant in explaining things to us, keeping us updated and it’s been so smooth with them. During the process, we’ve had difficulty with our solicitors and our sellers solicitors and Katie Edwards has been fab at responding to my never ending emails and questions and actually sometimes, has been better than our solicitors as responding to queries. We really, really appreciate your help and how you’ve managed to get us on the property ladder - you’ll never know how much it means to us! We will definitely be using you in the future, every time we need to move. Thank you all and best wishes x

From start to finish JMB were incredibly helpful, especially Nathan and Daniel. I was told by my previous mortgage broker that I wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage at all, being self employed with only 1 years completed tax return, but JMB easily found me a suitable mortgage for my needs. Would highly recommend.
