Just Property Reviews

From start to finish Just Property have been great!
Myself and my partner found the house of our dreams. From the first call to view the property, to putting in and getting the offer accepted, and the communication throughout has been outstanding. They have made what can be a stressful time....Stress Free!!

Will definitely be recommend these to people i know.

Ben Howell the manager in the Fairlight branch is the most outstanding estate agent we've ever met. He, unlike so many others, has excellent interpersonal skills, and manages to combine these with in-depth knowledge, and professionalism.
He really ought to be a partner, as people like him are a rarity these days. Thank you so much Ben ⭐️

This was the Estate agent for sellers but Colin was more than helpful to us in chasing up all participants in our purchase of the property when things were getting tardy. Done with speed and good humour all through. Would be happy to use again if the need arose

Ashley was very polite, friendly, professional and helpful.
As well as all that, Ashley was patient and had a nice sense of humour which goes a long way for customer service in business, and in my experience of recent years has become rare. Thank you Ashley for your efficiency and great communication skills👍thank you just property.

A real cut above all other estate agents.
A real human touch and a due diligence of their job which is excellent.
Ben and Ashley were wonderful and Ashley pestered and followed the chain from the first link to the last to ensure all links were ok.
I couldn't recommend them more favourably.

I recently sold my property through Just Property, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Their valuation at the outset was accurate and they were proactive in navigating the market to achieve a great price for my home.

The team was incredibly professional and attentive during viewings—always ensuring little details like asking visitors to remove their shoes to protect our cream carpets. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and care throughout the process.

A special mention goes to Colin, who was outstanding in managing the chain and ensuring everything proceeded smoothly. He went above and beyond, often providing updates even on his days off, which gave me real peace of mind during what can be a stressful time.

Overall, the entire team at Just Property went above and beyond my expectations, handling everything with professionalism and dedication. I’m thrilled with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

I would highly recommend Just Properties. They offer a professional, personalized approach. Communication was excellent, I felt they genuinely cared and supported me through out the process. Thank you!

So Sorry I am definitely talking about a South African company my apologies

I can quite honestly say Just Property are by far the best agents locally. I only negotiated with Ashley and from start to finish he was absolutely fantastic. It definitely wasn't the easiest of journeys but Ashley made it happen effortlessly. 5* communication, proffesionalism and care. Do not hesitate to use Just Property to either buy or sell through. Thank you all so much - I'm looking forward to the next chapter in my new home.

I had a very tricky sale that was managed expertly by Colin Siggs. Without his input, dogged determination and expertise the sale would have collapsed. There is no better estate agent in Hastings and St Leonard’s and if you are going to sell a property he and Just Property should be your go too

Colin from Just Property managed the sale of my parents property, keeping the progress of the other parts of the chain on target. We were kept well informed, progress was smooth and a good deal of stress was avoided. I thoroughly recommend Just Property.

We have recently bought a property in Bexhill via Just Property and cannot praise them enough for their excellent customer service and constant, efficient communication.

If only the agents we used to sell our own property had been half as effective and helpful, the whole moving experience would have been so much less stressful.

Suffice it to say it was only via the diligence of Just Property that we were kept up to date with the progress of the chain. It was very hard to pass on commission to the agents selling our property knowing full well that we had received a far greater service from Just Property. We cannot recommend Colin and his team highly enough.

Second time round using just property and I cannot thank them enough for taking away the stress of selling my home. Special thanks to Austin, Kyle, and Ashley 🙏🏻 if you are looking for an honest service with a smile, then look no further.

The best agency in UK. I really recommand them. They helped us to find and to get the house of our dreams. Thank you Collin and your great team

Andrew outstanding service delivered my Colin and his team. Quick to respond to any queries and always in hand to help. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

We were selling my mum's house, and the professionalism, support and care was superb from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help my mum at one time when she fell ill, as we live far away. Would recommend Just Property to anyone. A great team, whom really care and enjoy do what they are doing. Thank you

Austin came and valued our property today. He arrived on time and was very respectful of our home. He was very approachable and answered all of our questions. If we decide to go ahead with the sale we will definitely use Just Property

Recently sold my house with the Just Property team. Really happy with the service. Everyone was extremely professional, communication was excellent and they went above and beyond.
I was especially happy with how compassionate they were with me considering I was selling my late father's house and came to them after having a bad experience with a different company. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. Super happy.

We felt that we were in safe hands throughout the buying process. I had bought previously with Just Property so had every confidence in their ability to deliver a trusted professional service.
We were kept updated regularly and are pleased with how the purchase of my Mother's new home was handled. A big thank you to all involved.

A big shout out to the team at Just Property, Hastings. They dealt with our sale smoothly and efficiently. In particular, Kyle, who helped us achieve three offers within the first week. Kyle then guided us through the twists and turns of a what turned out to be a long process. We learnt to trust his assessments based on his deep knowledge and experience. Top notch!
