I contacted Anastasia clinic in Naas after seeing lots of advertisements about their treatments, as I’m looking into skincare for my wedding in September. Initially, I was told the consultation would be €50 and that it would be deducted from the cost of my first treatment, which sounded reasonable, so I booked in.

However, when I tried to pay using the link they sent, it didn’t work. I attempted to contact the clinic for over an hour with no answer. I then reached out via WhatsApp, only to be told it’s just a social media platform and that I needed to call the clinic — which I had already explained I was trying to do.

The response I received felt rushed and unhelpful, and I was told someone would call me back. When they eventually did, I was informed the original information was incorrect — the consultation is actually €75 and not redeemable against treatment.

Overall, I found the communication poor and the information inconsistent. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in the clinic.

Horrible experience with the GP who was unlawfully probing into my mental health, what’s that got to do with getting lip filler? Do not recommend, highly unprofessional. Pay extra money and go with professionals. Rot in hell juvae - I felt so uncomfortable.

Went to Juvea’s brand new London location. Met the lovely team Elle, Rebecca and Claudia and was lucky enough to also meet Mr Faz Zavahir plastic surgeon. Had a wonderful facial with Elle using medical grade Zo products . She was well versed in all things skin related and gave me a lot of tips and advice including which laser treatments would be best suited to my skin.

Absolutely shambolic, no one answers my calls, texts or emails. I paid a deposit for a treatment in February! Drove all the way up and the machine was broken. What a waste of time and money. Waited 2 months for it to be fixed and now just been ghosted after I was promised a complimentary treatment as well as the initial treatment. I am claiming back my deposit from the credit card company now!

My experience has been so amazing - I have had a myEllevate neck treatment, which has made such a positive impact on my life. It has given me back my confidence and I am happy to say my neck now looks youthful again - so pleased with the results - Juvea Aesthetics have always been professional and friendly meeting my requirements and expectations. I have also just recently had a Potenza treat for skin tightening - this treatment is also incredible and the results have been brilliant - there is very little down time with this treatment and I will definitely continue with this treatment to maintain my youthful skin - A big thank you - Would highly recommended- so happy with the results and the way you have looked after me 😄😄

Olivia , was excellent caring and made me feel at ease. I had my second Potenza skin tightening treatment course of 3) . My skin feels tighter and more radiant and people have already commented on how fresh and youthful my skin looks.

I had a course of laser sessions and each treatment has been great! My aesthetic practitioner was very professional and made me feel at complete ease, whilst also being completely honest about expectations and results. I have recommended Juvea to all my family and friends, couldn’t praise it enough.

I am currently having a laser treatment on my body. I never liked wearing shorts in the summer or a bikini, as I always had ingrown hairs that not even waxing it for years could be removed. I am so glad I found the clinic and I found Carmen, she is the most professional, patient, and she knows how to do her job . I have been with another laser technicians in another clinics and it was always rushed or I had missing patches. Carmen always makes sure there is no single mm of skin left without laser, and she does it in a way that is not painful. She is very friendly and welcoming, so when she does the laser you are distracted talking to her. And she always makes sure I am ok. My legs now are like they’ve never been before! They are smooth, I am ingrown hair free and I am ready for the summer! Thank you for this life changing experience Juvea and Carmen, you helped me with a complex I had to deal with for years. 100% recommended!!

Hanan is amazing, she's very informative about the treatments I needed which makes me feel confident about getting my treatments with her! She's approachable and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

This is a professional and serious treatment centre. The products are medically researched and the staff prompt and courteous,not to mention knowledgeable. I return time and again.

I went for tattoos removal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained the procedures very clearly and precisely and made my appointment very pleasant even though was a painful laser procedure but with their professionalism and ease didn’t felt a thing. Very happy and looking forward to see them in next appointment. Highly recommend if anyone is scared or not sure so is a right place to go.

Was recommended to Juvea by another beauty practitioner and was very impressed with the knowledge and manner of Dr Zavahir. I felt there was no hard sell for anything, and instead got practical and pragmatic advice about treatments. I started my first session of Laser Tattoo removel with Elle at Juvea. Elle was extreamely informative over the process and exampled professionalism at the highest standard!! I would genuinely recommend this clinic especially Elle (an asset to this business) in view of the way i was looked after and the treatment itself as this wasnt half as scary or painful in the ways in which i have been led to believe - particularly after how much my tattoo has faded just after 1 session !!
