X-box fixed and serviced the same day
My grandsons X-box S series wasn’t working. I called K1 Tech Care and spoke to Kevin who said he would charge £20 to diagnose what the problem was and if it was fixable the £20 would be deducted from total price. It was fixed and serviced the same day - within 4 hours.
It looks and works perfectly.
I also got a discount because I am a blue light card holder.
I would throughly recommend using this company. Thanks Kevin.

What a gent
What a gent! We went in to get the HDMI slot on our XBox fixed, and had a full service done while we were there. Not only was the work done within the day, it was obvious the owner took great care and pride in it. We had an appalling experience with Microsoft when we sent a controller off to them; they could learn a thing or two from K1, we will never go to Microsoft again. Thanks so much!

Cannot recommend K1 enough - very knowledgeable, highly skilled and fantastic service. Hadn’t tried this shop before, but the service exceeded my expectations, and the price was better than places I’ve been to in the past. iPhone 13 screen and back glass replacement - super quick service even though I was told it may take some time. Service was fantastic and the price was great,
I was kept informed the whole time whilst waiting for a part to arrive.
