My Son Liam's Ps5 had fallen badly of the shelf it was sitting on,so in we went to get advice on what was the issue &how much it would cost to repair, it was more expensive than we thought it would be but that was only because we didn't know the extent of the damage &it was a fair price for the repair but it was also more about the Service, professionalism, skill,Speed ,efficiency&really friendly Customer service &just as important the after sales service they will provide, We just felt we can really trust them with the repairs,not sure if it's a Husband &Wife team but work very well together, A brilliant all round experience &just a lovely unusual twist, as we spent over £60 we got a complimentary bottle of hot Mule Sauce, a very interesting fusion,Computer repairs&Hot Sauce,definitely unique but fantastic!Thank you

Took in the Xbox and it was fixed same day.

Customer service was second to none
Customer service was second to none, I had a problem with an old mobile phone not charging. Whilst in the shop, I was treated not as a customer but almost like a family member by the staff. I related the problem I was having, I was advised that it may be possible to fix, however, due to the age of the phone (13 years) it may be best to get another one. At no time did I feel pressured into buying anything. I did decide to purchase another phone and was offered a very nice phone at what I considered a good price, it also came with a guarantee. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs anything to do with tech.

K1 tech quickly found the problem, and ordered the replacement parts. I was given a 3-5day turn around, a really reasonable price and even offered a cup of tea.
