We recently flew our dog, Shadow, from Teterboro, NJ to Farnborough, UK, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Shadow traveled on a private jet with six other dogs, three cats, and their owners, all courtesy of K9 Jets. The team at K9 Jets did an amazing job – they took what could have been a stressful and complicated process and made it simple and even enjoyable. From start to finish, they guided us through every step with professionalism and care. We wholeheartedly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again in the future.

5 stars (and I don’t give those lightly). Flew London to Dubai and the whole process was smooth from end to end. You can really see the quality of a team when things don’t go according to plan. The universe threw a few curve balls prior and during our trip but Adam, Vicky, Emma, Anja and Kimberley went above and beyond to ensure there were no headaches for myself or my dog. Big thanks again and already booked a return trip in June with them. Would like to see some regular routes to Dubai from Frankfurt in the future.

We had a great experience flying with K9 JETS. The staff, especially Adam and Emma, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure both pets and owners felt comfortable throughout. The flight was smooth, the dogs were well cared for, and the atmosphere was calm and stress-free. The crew’s flexibility and support stood out, though we feel a bit more proactive communication beforehand would have been helpful for first-time travellers like us. Overall, an excellent service we’d absolutely recommend and use again!

Thank you for an amazing experience and flight. I will never forget it. Everything was so easy - from the pre-flight teams call to get all the information to meeting up an hour before take off and security when getting off the plane. The actual flight was simply outstanding. A once in a lifetime experience for me and one I’m so happy to have had with my old, large dog. We were relocating from Europe to the U.S. and there was no way I’d put her in cargo. So happy this service exists. Now she got to snooze the whole way instead of being stressed and anxious in a cage in cargo. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of flying from Paris to NYC aboard K9 Jets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Traveling with two dogs can often be stressful, but this journey was nothing short of perfection!
The plane itself was incredibly comfortable with spacious seating and thoughtful accommodations that catered to both pets and humans. My dogs were treated like royalty from start to finish.
The staff deserves a special mention, they were polite, professional and clearly passionate creating a pet-centered atmosphere.
The trip was a game changer for anyone traveling with pets. If you're looking for a stress-free way to travel with your furry friends, I wholeheartedly recommend this service!!!

Adam and Kirsty are incredible! The service they provide is seamless from booking to landing! Words are not enough to say how happy we, the 3 cats and two dogs were! Always at the end of the phone 24/7 even with high maintenance owners as we were! Thank you is not enough!

We and our three dogs had the pleasure of flying once again on K9 Jets, nonstop from Farnborough to London. The dogs were relaxed and calm throughout the flight, snoozing and cuddling at 45,000 feet. This is our second trip with K9 and we are all super spoiled by their attention to detail. Most excellent communication, great food & drink, highest safety standards and another smooth landing. We will be back!🐾🐾🐾

This was just the greatest service, from start to finish, including the personalized blankets for the cats that we are now using in London - Big Girl and Magic Mike thank you for making the whole experience so easy, so calm and so efficient 😻😻

I flew from Frankfurt to California with an 8 mos old, very nervous Vizsla named Nektar. She had not been out of a kennel, off a ranch, or exposed to anything. She was reassured with other dogs being on the flight and even though takeoffs and landings were not her favorite (normal for all dogs), she was relaxed and played with her toys on the flight. She wasn't eating in general so Stevie took leftover steak from everyone's meals and thankfully she was a big fan. When we stopped over they had a bus so we could get the dogs to grass for a potty break before taking off again. Everything was do thoughtful and it was such a relief to safely get Nektar to the US in the least stressful way possible. The crew and attendants were amazing as well. Can't recommend this enough!

What a wonderful experience flying "first class" on K9 Jets with my two goldens.
Everything was perfect from the greeter at the airport, the excellent and friendly pilots and an extraordinary flight attendant.
I am so grateful to this fantastic company for this service they provide.

What an amazing experience. I flew with my anxious shepherd mix from FRA to Teterboro, with a stop to refuel in Bangor, Maine. From start to finish, this was a pro operation and they took care of everything. Communication was great, staff was caring, I felt at ease using K9 Jets and would recommend them to anyone flying internationally or domestically with a pet. 11/10!

From the lovely lounge at FAB, to our car sitting waiting for us at VNY, it was a great experience! I had some trepidation about taking our dogs on a flight with other dogs, but all went very smoothly from start to finish. The dogs were very happy and slept almost the entire flight. We humans had a delicious lunch and were very well looked after. I would definitely use K9 Jets again, whenever possible!

My wife and I travelled with our 4 rescue dogs from New Jersey to Farnborough. My dogs were very nervous travelers, and I was also nervous for them. The K9Jets team were very organized and kept a very relaxed atmosphere at the airport preflight. Once ready to board the led us all up to the plane and one by one we boarded our sections, again well organized. Once we landed, a quick check over the doggie's paperwork on the plane by the Airport animal customs official, and we were free to go. We were greeted by Vicky at the bottom of the stairs, where our car was waiting.
I would highly recommend K9Jets to anyone planning to travel with their pets.

Thank you all involved at K9 Jets , what an amazing experience. From start to finish Coco and I were treated like superstars. Excellent communication, on our flight to Dubai, great food lots of champagne and all the other dogs on our flight were brilliant.
Will definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone that has pets that need to relocate in the future .

We are incredibly pleased with the attention to detail from all the personnel, from everyone on the ground to the vet control in Lisbon. Everything was designed to be as seamless as possible. We loved the fact that last-minute changes were made to accommodate all the pups' personalities on the ground, during the flight, and at the airport. Pups and humans were quite stressed and overwhelmed so we are grateful for the team's support.

We were also very happy with how well all our questions were answered by the team. However, we found that a lot of information was provided when we asked, and we would have appreciated a bit more proactively, as all of us were first-time customers.

Just did return flight to DXB. All went really well, cant recommend enough
