This was by far one of my best travel experiences. Every member of the K9Jets team was extremely helpful, thoughtful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process! I was very nervous about flying with my dog, as this was my first time ever taking her out of Europe! Adam made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I would recommend K9Jets to anyone who is traveling with their pet! I will definitely be flying with them again. Big thank you to the team!!

Flew from New Jersey to London last summer. Well, our family all moved to the UK. Jude, my dog and I had the most enjoyable flight. He slept the whole time and Rachel , our
Stewardess was amazing. Will never fly with my dog any other way.

I had booked for myself and my dog, sadly she died a week before flight, They were so kind and compassionate, in the email they sent,I was offered money back, but decided to go ahead and take the flight. After 3 days travel from Colorado, I just felt numb. It was a great flight, slept peacefully, all dogs well behaved, staff were kind, glad I continued with flight. Upon landing I was met by Adam and Emma and gifted with a hug and a gift of dog bone toy with my dogs name Ember on it. This is the service pet parents have been waiting for for years. We flew from London to New Jersey in June of 2023 (it’s been a busy 6 months). It’s a perfect service for people who are looking to relocate or travel with their pet within a their budget.
We personally cannot thank Adam and the K9 team enough for creating this service. From the initial conversations to the touch down in NJ everything was perfect. All our inquiries were answered very quickly and very confidently. We were supposed to fly with our 2 dogs and heartbreakingly our beloved big boy passed away a few weeks before our flight, the compassion shown towards us and the consideration when we flew with them confirmed to us that these are people who genuinely care and genuinely know how much this service means to each traveler.
The flight itself is comfortable, our boy is highly strung and also 100lbs, so we were concerned about space when we booked however we shared our space with a cute small dog leaving a good amount of room and all the dogs fell asleep pretty quickly.
We can’t rate Adam and the team highly enough, we will use the service again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone considering. We hope to see K9 go from strength to strength in the coming years.

My Husband and our two dogs took two K9 flights from California to Teteboro and connected flight on the same day from Teteboro to London .
Adam and his team have been amazing from start to end ,from helping with the payments to references for companies to help with paperwork and transportation once on the mainland .
Very helpful and patience and incredibly fast in returning e mails and phone calls

K9 Jets if a wonderful service, I couldn’t take the thought of putting Bob the cat in the hold of a plane (UK to USA) and not knowing what was going on, so when I was told about this service I knew it was meant to be.
Adam was so helpful with all my questions throughout the whole booking process, answering all questions at whatever time of day! The process was actually really easy and not as complicated as some other pet courier services make out!
On the day of the flight we left from Farnborough airport and all the staff at the airport were lovely, Adam was there being attentive and stayed until the flight had left talking to my parents which was very kind. Emma came on the flight with us and didn’t stop throughout it, making sure that everyone was happy and had a drink or food and that generally everyone including the animals were comfy.
Bob was in his crate which worked fine with the rest of the dogs and there was no problem with any of the animals mixing.
At the other end when we landed in New Jersey we flew through customs and then were on our way.
It really was a great service and I would definitely recommend it.

I flew on the Teterboro to Lisbon jet in May 2023 with my two Aussies. From the planning stages, to the landing, and all the important details in between, Adam and his team did an incredible job, with empathy and understanding of the love we all have for our furry family members. It was absolutely the best way to get across the ocean with our dogs. 5-Stars all the way!

Incredible company! If you're researching a way to fly your dog/cat with you and be completely stress free, this is the company you want to trust! I was moving from the US to the UK, my whole life after 30 years and completely stressed, Adam and Emma were always there to answer any questions. I can't speak highly enough about the company and the process from beginning to end.

The most fun flight I’ve ever had! 7 humans, 8 dogs and a cat! It was just an incredibly easy way to get myself and my dog from LA to New York with K9 jets. From booking through to the zoom briefing we did a couple of weeks before the flight to the day of departure, it was a very smooth process. The ground staff, cabin crew and pilots all remarked that these were their favorite flights to work on and are clearly animal lovers, ensuring the dogs were comfortable and happy. Big shout out to Adam who is a superb communicator, ensuring everyone knew what to expect. My dog literally loved it, loved looking out of the window, meeting the other dogs and passengers - what an adventure! My fellow passengers were super friendly and we exchanged numbers and I feel like I’ve made friends from this whole experience. K9 Jets we can’t thank you enough! We will see you next year for a flight to Europe!

The staff both on the ground and in the air were friendly, organised and guided this amazing experience. The dogs were so well adjusted and slept through the flight. This experience has confirmed this is the best way to fly with your animals, and K9 Jets is the way to go!

Everything about K9 Jets screams excellence and perfection. From the minute we first reached out to discuss travel options straight through to flight day, the team at K9 Jets was there to answer all our questions. My wife and dog, Lulu, had the pleasure of taking the flight which could only be described as complete bliss, no lines, no frustrations, no anxiety or stress. If you are thinking about booking a flight with K9 Jets, just do it, you will not regret it.

K9 jets went above and beyond to give my senior dog an easy experience. They made sure to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Our flight was a lovely experience and the cabin crew were really accommodating. I would highly recommend them for anybody looking to fly their fur babies across the Atlantic.

Relocated with my Great Pyrenees and puppy Maltese from the Bay Area, CA to Spain. As with any fur parent, you’d weigh the options and most definitely the uncertainties. I can’t thank Adam Golder and the K9Jets staff and crew enough for all the assistance throughout this process. Adam was very meticulous with information and communication. He always answered my countless questions while being kind and reassuring.

They also gave me fantastic referrals on transportation, places to stay, and a company name to help me with the dog health certificates to enter Europe.
The journey we embarked on with K9Jets was a really wonderful experience for me and my pups. The crew was really professional and pleasant. Lana in NJ was very attentive, and the crew in San Francisco was also great. We were treated like Royalty when we landed in Lisbon, it was a truly wonderful experience! I’ll always be extremely grateful to Adam and K9Jets for making it possible for Harry and Jolly to make it comfortably and safe with me. I highly recommend flying with them, the whole process will be a wonderful experience.

K9 Jets was a lifesaver! Traveling to London with two Great Danes was a stressful prospect until we found K9 Jets. We’re so grateful we were able to have our pups on board with us rather than in the hold on a commercial airline. We were well taken care of, and would recommend for other parents of spoiled pets!

Worth every penny! We had an amazing experience and Adam and his team were super responsive and helpful. A great way to get your dogs overseas without stress. 100% would recommend and the personalized gift bag was a great touch! Would use this service again.

My Golden Doodle, Bailey is loving London due to the exceptional care and professional services of K9Jets! I have a two month stay here with no worries as to whether my pup is doing ok in a boarding facility. I could never have taken this long a trip without these new flight services!
I had looked into the QE 2 ship, but that is booked out years in advance.

The entire experience has been great. The canine companions on the flight all got along, as well as the humans! Very fun time indeed.

Many thanks in particular to Adam for his prompt communication and special attention to the needs of the individual passengers! I know my flight back to the states will be as enjoyable as the one bringing me to London.

Bringing two dogs internationally was one of the biggest stressors about moving and I was worried I would have to leave them behind. Thankfully, with the help of Adam and the K9 Jets team I was able to officially book a flight that allowed me to safely fly with two dogs to our new home.

Leading up to our travel date, it was easy to get in contact with the team with any questions. About a month a head of our travel date, the K9 Jets team hosted a call to walk through day-of procedures. They also connected us with trusted partners to help with pet requirements for travel.

Adam and the K9 Jets team had submitted all completed paperwork to the arriving airport prior to travel and I was notified that the dogs were cleared for travel prior to even boarding our flight which was so reassuring.

Overall, I cannot recommend K9 Jets enough. They have made a process that is so stressful so simple by building strong partnerships and having plenty of experience. My dogs and I were able to relax and enjoy our flight and now our new home.

Whether relocating ,visiting family or holidaying ,the only way to travel with your fur baby (cat or dog ) is with K9 jets , I flew UK to USA and then back again with my two miniature daschunds at my side cage free ! Yes on my lap or at my feet happy as can be as was I .From start to finish a stress free experience Adam of K9 jets makes sure you know exactly what’s needed paperwork wise for your destination and is contact with you as often as needed before travel to make sure all your ducks are in a row .You arrive at the private airfield just an hour before travel and board the plane 5 mins before take off ,Who knew this would ever be possible ?? Travelling is made pleasurable for you and your pet by Adam and his team , you board your plane just before take off no queues or waiting hours before you leave and your dog walks up the steps on a lead by your side ( cats are carried in carriers ) and after a very comfortable journey with some lovely food and your pet by your side you arrive completely relaxed and walk off for a quick passport check again no queues or waiting and with your pet still with you feeling happy and relaxed ! It’s so easy I felt like I’d been on a long car journey rather than on a plane . It’s so lovely being able to take my dogs with me this way for them and me . I thank my lucky stars I found k9 jets and look forward to our next trip together .
