Fabric quality good, garment looks good from a far. Sewn very poorly.

I placed an order on March 4 for the Hania Kaftan and received it after Eid but it’s ok because I had a back up abaya. My order came perfectly crafted and great quality, length and size! The interior color is different, the color on the website shows greyish silk. Colors aren’t always exact in pictures so please keep that in mind and mine is a grayish bluish silk but Alhamdulillah it is still beautiful and I am happy with my order and will be ordering more in sha Allah

I love the design I got a lot of compliments but make sure you order it ahead it might take a while but rather than that I’m very satisfied and great communication with the seller

The workmanship is terrible. You can clearly see that the stitching is inconsistent. For the price they are charging I would expect better. This piece would sell for less than $60 in Morocco. Material had a chemical sent - I had to air it out. Overall super disappointing experience. Will not recommend or ever buy from an online store again - was trying to support Moroccan craftsmanship but this is terrible.

I ordered two pieces: a caftan and a djellaba. The order took three weeks to arrive and was nothing like the picture. The djellaba was a dull, drab color and did not feature the floral embellishments shown on the website. This is not a traditional item, but something likely intended for people who don’t know the difference. The caftan looked like the picture, mostly, but it had stains on the fabric. When I contacted them, they said I should have it dry cleaned! They appear to have no return or refund policy. They offered to send me something “after Eid” to replace the stained garment, but I don’t want anything from them at this point. Worst quality I have seen. Do not get duped. Avoid this company.

I ordered one biege abaya and one off white kaftan, they sent me the 2 pieces in pure white color.
After I went back to them they promised to send one new piece but not white.
Since November I haven't received anything and when I text them they keep promising or they ignore my message.

The product I received looks different from the pictures shown online, and I am not satisfied with it. I have sent multiple messages requesting a return, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is very disappointing. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Very good quality, very good service. I got what I expected.
