Ordered a warm poncho Jan 2nd. It hadn't arrived 3 weeks later. Eventually the company (Hannah? ) responded and was sending another!?! Halfway thro February I sent emails, messages etc as still hadn't received my item. Didn't hear a thing or had any replies and, of course, no poncho. There appear to be some lovely items on the site but I won't be ordering anything and feel scammed.
Item never arrived. No reply to communication sent. Avoid scam company.
Great for plus size clothes, fantastic experience and customer service was fast and responsive.
This item was weeks late arriving then after returning for refund and 3 email follow up requests for info and action, no response. I have proof of postage.
Lovely Kaftans and Hannah at customer service was fab. I will order again.
My long association with sister company Ethnic Warehouse has always been excellent. However with Kaftans Direct it has been awful in terms of poor sizing, late delivery, erratic communication and flaky returns and refunds policy with lots of false promises about refunds that never appeared with no explanation whatsoever. Certainly no way to do business and I will not be using this company again.
Last week I purchased two Kaftans from Kaftans-Direct costing £31.99 each. They are both of very poor quality for the extortionate price as the material is so thin you can see through it. Unfortunately I modified one of them so couldn't return it for a full refund but the other one is going back. Even the stitching on the garment is slap dash. I bought two of the same Kaftans (different colours) from this company last year which were of slightly better quality but I still think far too expensive for what they are but I was struggling for time so paid the price. The Kaftans I purchased were reference Didi 6064.
