Great Summaries, chatbot had good "insticts"
I am a proptech consultant and my clients have pretty niche/complicated products. I threw their websites in, and Kakiyo was able to write a summary to explain the offering with very little guidance, possibly a better summary than I could write and I have been working with these clients for a while. Most of the guidance I offered was to help it sound more like me/my client.
I also tested the chatbots and gave positive answers, negative and weird, and it really did handle those conversations like a champ.
What I like most about Kakiyo is how…
What I like most about Kakiyo is how clean and well-structured the dashboard is. It’s very easy to manage multiple profiles within one account, which makes it simple to handle several colleagues per company without needing separate accounts. I also like how easy it is to purchase additional credits when needed. The initial setup was extremely straightforward, and everything is organized in a way that makes it clear what needs to be done and filled in.
One thing I currently dislike is that when I generate a lead list using Dutch job title keywords, Kakiyo automatically translates them into English. This is a drawback because certain roles are specifically used in Dutch and don’t translate well, which can affect targeting accuracy.
Overall, Kakiyo solves a major problem for me by automating the entire LinkedIn sales system for both myself and my clients. It allows me to scale outreach and follow-ups effortlessly, while managing multiple users and workflows in one centralized platform.

Hands-off, personalized time-saver!
I enjoy the hands-off nature of the tool plus the personalized messages it sends every prospect. It saves me a lot of time overcoming objections and qualifying leads. It hasn't booked me any meetings yet, but I haven't used the tool for very long, so we'll see how it goes!

I read a previous negative review on here which made me want to write this. If that was how the product was a few months ago, it's definitely not the case now. Literally as close to set it and forget it as possible when it comes to Linkedin, it was extremely easy to integrate and implement on multiple clients. All while giving our team the option to really be as hands on in customization when necessary - which is pretty important as I'm always very hesitant to try new tools when it comes to our clients, especially when it comes to automation. Customer support is great, and the founders have been pretty easy to get a hold of, which is a good sign (hope that doesn't change much!). It was a little pricy...that, I will admit. But the ROI our team has seen from it, it's easily worth it.
