I purchased an electric blanket directly from their website
I have tried ringing them the number given on the product literature is not in use . I have found new numbers on the internet which do not work either .
The customer service email address which is on the website , they don’t respond to
Product is still in guarantee but faulty .
It looks like I have lost my money .
Writing this review to highlight to others

Poor quality product and uncomfortable to use. Customer service was poor and unresponsive.

I purchased a body pillow (August 2024) which was of very poor quality...the filling was lumpy, mishapen, unevenly distributed and divided in the middle. As a result it was very uncomfortable and unusable. I contacted their customer service who didn't reply to my initial emails. They replied 8 days after my first email once PayPal got involved. At this stage Kally sleep sent me a replacement. Unfortunately it was of the same poor quality. So the whole process started again. Their customer service did not reply to my emails (requesting a return for a refund) until PayPal contacted them again. At this point Kally sleep agreed to give me a refund. I have not received a refund as of Nov '24.

They have not responded to my subsequent emails, effectively ghosting me. They promised me a refund....twice..... and have not honoured this.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the experience I've had with Kally Sleep. I can see looking through the reviews that sadly this is a typical response to customers who have an issue with their products. That if you receive a defective item the customer service is very poor and you are unlikely to get a refund.

Based on my experience I would advise people to avoid this company and their products

Paid extra for a support pillow with cooling pillow case and was just sent a support pillow with no case at all! I’ve been trying to contact customer services for weeks but am receiving absolutely no response. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

Dreadful product have written to Kalla 3 times each email ignored. Have provided a separate review before where oddly as soon as its public they responded to “ well only on here” to make it appear they cared. They never actually followed this up to resolve the issues.

Be careful product is cheap and poor quality. Customer service is worse and non existent.

Should have checked prior reviews as most say how poo customer service is, that’s if anybody gets a response

Their customer service is non- existent & their telephone no is not recognised. They use Evri to deliver who are worse than useless & you can’t speak to a human there either.

This company do not reply to any email you send them. The pillow did not work and we emailed them (multiple times) to let them know that we could not send the pillow back stright away as our child arrived 3 months early and we were still at the hospital! We have never had a reply! Stay clear, they boast about their return policy and then don't acknowledge any correspondence. Disappointing that this is the way they handle their customers.

My body pillow has an indentation since it arrived that I can't get rid of. I wrote the company's support email twice 14 days ago and then more recently and nobody has replied. Of course the return period has passed by now, so I'm using the pillow despite the defect but I must say, customer service is absolutely non-existent.

Everything disastrous. I ordered their acid reflux wedge pillow after seeing it on John Lewis. They use Everi as their courier, 6 days later they said they were delivering it. Even that they attempted delivery but hadn’t since I have a camera and can check. Then I missed a delivery, so I had to arrange for someone to come and wait the whole of the next day just to receive it. No slot was given until the early evening. A wasted two days.

When I emailed Kally Sleep the response was just strange. They don’t have a phone number and they also take a while to respond.

The pillow is very firm and I was excited to use it. I must say it was a total failure, I woke up three times with acid reflux. While I might keep trying with it, it seems rather expensive and useless so far not serving its purpose.

This company claims to offer a “free 14 day trial” which it also describes as a “no risk trial”. This is not the case. If you wish to return their products within the 14 day trial period, you must pay for the items to be delivered to a third party charity, and the return delivery costs in the case of large pillows can be as much as the cost of the product itself. This detail is buried in their returns procedure, whereas the so-called “free” trial is promoted extensively all over their site. I raised a complaint with the company but their response was that the detail of returns costs is in their terms and conditions. Warning others so they don’t make the same mistake. I note that many other of their competitors offer true free trials, where the returns costs are free. I wish I had bought elsewhere. The pillows were far too dense and uncomfortable, and too high for me as a side sleeper.

Fast delivery, good quality and value. Not sure about coolness or any major change to mattress firmness BUT definitely adds a cozy and soft top layer to snuggle down into - Teddy loves it ! ZZZZZZZ

Absolutely appalling, sleep trial promised, product returned no refund given, to make matters worse all emails ignored too.

I have emailed Kally Sleep 3x re returning my pillow. The first email was dated 09/05/2024. I have since returned my pillow with proof of return and they have still ignored my emails and haven’t refunded me. The pillow was returned with proof 25/05/2024. Avoid like the plague as they do not respond and will not refund.

Awful company, returned an unused pregnancy pillow over a month ago now well within my 14 day trial period. Still yet to be refunded and have sent several emails which have been ignored and the phone numbers don’t work. Total scam I want my money back!

The Pregnancy Body Pillow

I got this pillow as I am a side sleeper and like to have something between my knees to ease hip pain and for general comfort.

I ordered my pillow around the end of February 2024, so I have had it for just under 3 months. I noticed that in the first month, I was inundated with emails from this company asking me to leave a review, but I wanted to wait to really assess the quality. It makes sense now why they pester you for the first few weeks and then drop off.

Week 1 was great. The pillow was soft and plump, the case felt good, and it didn't make me too warm. I like the carry case that it comes in, as I travel sometimes and it makes it compact and easy to transport.
By week 2, I noticed where my knees met on the pillow was starting to go flat already. I have tried shaking and fluffing the pillow, but to no avail. Nevertheless, it is still functional.

Month 2 saw the case pilling. I detest pilled bedding, so I am very disappointed in the quality, given that the pillow I replaced was a generic, cheap long pillow from a well-known warehouse shop. That pillow, although it went flat as a pancake, never pilled. This says a lot about the quality, or perhaps it is a clever marketing ploy to get you to spend more money on their custom pillowcases. I am not impressed by this and WILL NOT be fooled into buying a new case, given that the first one only lasted 2 months.

The last gripe, but a minor one, is the location of the zip. It would have made much more sense to have a little extra fabric for it to tuck inside, but instead, it sits on the outside. So it only makes sense to have your head always at one end of the pillow, making it harder to rotate the pillow to try and combat the rapid flattening.

Other than that, the delivery process was simple. The pillow was great for the first couple of weeks despite the middle sagging, but I will be replacing it with another very soon. I won't be coming back to Kally Sleep nor would I recommend it

Extremely disappointed not just with the product but with the distinct lack of any form of customer service/response from this company despite giving them a chance to rectify the issue before I wrote a review.

All was great in the beginning. The pillow was extremely comfortable - to the extent a purchased another three for family members. Months on though the pillow case started to get very bobbly and VERY uncomfortable on all three pillows. We’ve all had to remove them. I’ve had normal pillow cases for years and never had any problem but with these they are clearly poor quality.

You can purchase new cases via the website but why should anyone have to let alone want to considering that they will only last a few months.

I can only imagine that the good reviews this company have received comes before the issues start.

I bought the "Ultimate Side Sleeper Pillow" and the filling was split in two, so your head just fell down in between. No amount of fluffing the pillow fixed it. Returned the pillow, but Kally Sleep are making me pay for the return (just shy of £6) of a faulty/damaged item. It is not my responsibility to pay for Kally Sleep's faulty items. They have just completely ignored my multiple emails.

Based on other reviews, seems like a roll of the dice whether you get an intact pillow or not - and then lose money if you happen to receive a faulty one. Buying a pillow with Kally Sleep just isn't worth the risk.

It’s an okay pregnancy pillow - to be quite honest I’m underwhelmed by the quality and shape considering the £50 price tag. It looks and feels more like something you’d get at IKEA or Primark for a third of the price. It is not curved but straight, so really just a big lump. The fabric covering looks very cheap as well, and already looks used after just 2 weeks. All in all, I would not repurchase it or recommend to anyone. Unfortunately just past the 2 week return period so I guess I’ll have to stick to it.

I have lower back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain, I used to use a tailor made pillow from Japan but that was too hard, cause me TMD. I went through all the reviews of different pillow for neck pain and finally decided to try the Kally Sleep neck pain pillow, my neck pain is easy after 2 nights using of the new pillow and this new one just cost me 25% of my old Japanese pillow. Recommended!
