Extremely Poor service Hucknall Branch - I booked in for my tyres at 9:15 on 24/9/24 for fitting 8:30 15/9/24 and received an email confirmation at 9.22am on 24/9/24.
I turned up at 8.30 on 25/9/24 for my tyres to be fitted to be told the email didn't go through to them until 6pm and they don't have time to do them until next week! Why did the system allow me to book an appointment they couldn't accommodate? Why didn't the call me to inform me there was a problem, to save me from wasting a journey? Extremely poor customer service!

The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. My wife's car had a suspected slow puncture. They checked it out and found no problem. They checked the air pressure in all the tyres and adjusted accordingly.
When asked what I owed them, they said no charge.

Atrocious service from the Beeston branch. I had booked a service and requested a courtesy car a month ago. I turned up to be told there would be no courtesy car. All sort of nonsense excuses from the car has a fault to you didn't bring your licence (I did) with studied arrogance. I wish I could give them zero star. AVOID.

My car required an A/C regas and they offer a free brake test at the same time. This was carried out very efficiently. Faults were found plus a requirement for 2 new tyres which could burst at anytime. All work completed fast and with ease. Friendly staff. Very impressed will continue to use this garage in Bulwell Nottinghamshire.

I've been taking my cars to KAM on Nuthall Road and also in Ambergate for four years now, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and keep you informed on what's going on. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of service.

Easy to book online. Dropped my car in the morning and collected it in the afternoon all fixed and serviced. Highly recommend.

I took my car to the Sawley, Derbyshire, branch as it was losing air in one of the tyres. I booked the time as I had other commitments to go to afterwards. When I arrived the times were running a bit late but I was given very good service by Som who made sure my car was seen to in good time. He understood my situation and did all that he could to make my experience as smooth as possible. My tyre was fixed and I was on my way. Thank you Som, you are a real gent!

The service was efficient and the gentleman contacted me to say what work needed to be done and the overall cost. He explained that the work on the breaks could be left but it would need to be done within the next few months. I have no issue with this at all. The concern I have is that I showed the invoice to two mechanics who are in the trade and they believe that the work is over priced. One quoted £436.87 and the other £455.95. This is miles off £584.96 that I paid. They both separately questioned why I have been charged £19.99 for an advanced formula motor flush when they felt that the car did not need it. As I said, the service was great but I know have lost all confidence with the pricing. Since moving here, we have always used KAM for all our cars. I just want some peace of mind regarding the costings. Please could you respond.

Took my car in today at the Abby street branch i had other people not knowing what was wrong and kams servicing did a complete diagnostic test and gound the problem and sorted it the same day, great price as well great service 👍🏼

I have been using KAM at Sawley for a few years now. They always take the time to clearly explain what wrong is with my car and are kind enough to tell me how to prioritise the work so that it’s not too much of a hit to my pocket. They are also honest and up front about their charges, so no nasty surprises.
Their work is always good, they clearly have a team of well skilled mechanics.
My car is always returned to me as clean as I left it with them which hasn’t always been the case with other garages.
I have never felt ripped off by these guys and completely trust them to look after my car.

KAM Servicing Sawley provided an excellent services when our car needed a quick turnaround repair. Special mention to Paul who was very informative and kept us up to date with calls on what he’d discovered was wrong and what cost were going to be. Our car was repaired in an excellent time. Would definitely recommend.
