Our neighbours drive was revamped by these guys and looks fab so we got them in to quote us for a new frontage and drive ..From the first day we contacted them to completion they went above and beyond any expectations we had !
They communicated constantly.. offered options … answered all queries .. Whilst on site the team were efficient .. respectful and sooooo tidy !!

Had block paving at front of house on a difficult plot (terraced garden below the pavement on a hill). Kandap arrived on agreed date, finished on time and were professional throughout. The finished job looks great and they cleared up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

We chose KANDAP from a council approved list of contractors, to complete a drop kerb to extend our driveway access and to build a block paved front door step.
They were recommended by others locally who had used them, which is always good to know.
Communication was excellent and informative. They applied to the council and know the work done is to the council’s specification and standards.

GREAT COMPANY. From the start till the finish I have been dealt very professionally and had an amazing customer service from John and the team. They completed the application to the council on my behalf and communication was brilliant and they delivered before the actual date. The actual work was done very professionally as well and workers were great, cleaned up as well.

Used the company to have my kerb dropped. The team were very good and kept in contact during the process. The team who completed the job was really good and did the job to a high standard. Meets all council regulations. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

We had our dropped kerb done November 2020

I really thought they was a good company and would keep to their workmanship but seems I was wrong.
At the time of doing mine and neighbours dropped kurb it was pointed out to the owners son that the virgin cable tube was abit high and looked like it needed dropping. He said nope it's fine. Few months later on my neighboura side the tarmac was staring to crack.
Kandap was called during the guarantee period they sent a guy out to cut a big patch and cut through virgins cable tube doing so.

Move forward a year or so virgin have had to come out and dig up our nice dropped kurb because this company failed to deal with something that was pointes out at the time.
Now all this could have been avoided if they did their job correctly and dealt with the issue we saw and pointed out to them.

Tried speaking to the owner John and he pretty much stuck to fingers up and said sod you I'm not doing anything to sort the workmanship we did.

So i would not recommend this company to anyone as they will not honour a their guarantee.

I have also reported this to the highways and the are looking into this further.

I have given John the chance to sort this but now choosing to ignore me. So make your mind up if you want to use a company that won't deal with anything within the guarantee period

Kandap have just installed a new drop kerb and gravel driveway for me and I am so pleased with it, couldn't have asked for a better job from start to finish. It was an awkward plot and John and team did a great job of helping me design the new access/driveway and advising on what would and wouldn't work. They were really conscious of my budget and timescales and made sure both were stuck to without exception. Team were all really friendly and helpful. I even turned up on site unannounced in an absolute downpour and they were all still working hard! Job was done on time, on budget and to a really high standard so I would highly recommend Kandap.

Just had a dropped kerb completed by Kandap the whole process from getting the quote to the work beginning done was problem free. The finished work was well done and the whole team were polite and professional

Kiki and the crew could not of have been anymore accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble, there was changing of dates and times and all the hurdles were dealt in a professional and courteous manner. When the work was carried out it was to a high standard. Could not recommend them enough
