Over 2hours wait for a delivery. This is not acceptable so I cancelled my order . How can it take 2hours to make 2 milkshake and deliver them

Stony Faced Unfriendly Staff at Kaspa's Lincoln
On Wednesday afternoon 19th of February the family visited Kaspa's Lincoln When standing at the counter not one of the four members of staff looked up to make eye contact. None of them were that busy preparing food. The staff supervisor who eventually served us would not walk two paces to help identify the doughnuts our granddaughters had chosen. I had to show a photo. Throughout the transaction the supervisor's manner was condescending and sullen.

A bunch of liars / scammers
Ordered from the kaspas Lincoln store via just eat, and they sent a the order with a missing item.
We phoned the store stating this and they said, we can get it refunded through just eat and to order again and refund again as a good will gesture.
Just Eat has refused to refund on both claims after explaining the situation and phoning kaspas again a week later they told us there's nothing they can do.
A company to not trust.
