Thanks to The Kaizen, I found a group of focused people with a common goal. It’s very inspiring to see people succeed and help one another. I felt like part of a family, and it really inspires me to see everyone working toward their own goals and striving to achieve them. There were times when I felt lost, but whenever I needed it, Callum or the coaches would respond as soon as possible to help me. More than just a course or mentorship, I feel like it’s a journey to help your business improve. If you’re looking for honest feedback, knowledge to grow your business, and a community of active entrepreneurs, this is the place for you. I’m very grateful to Callum and the team. 🫰🏼

I joined the STP Inner Circle at a really transitional point. I was scaling my Head of Sales role at a global health-tech company while simultaneously building a practice management SaaS.

The biggest value for me has been the structured accountability and the gameplan framework. Having to articulate your goals, your offer, your target market, and your action steps in a clear document forced me to think more clearly about what I was actually building, not just what I was busy with. That clarity matters a lot when you're juggling a full-time job and a startup.

Jake has been consistent and genuinely supportive. Even during periods where I went quiet because I was deep in the build, he kept checking in without making it feel like pressure.

On top of that, the courses, materials, and community you get access to are unparalleled. There's so much value, insight, and support packed in that it genuinely feels like a gift that keeps on giving.

If you're a founder or someone building something on the side while still in a day job, the accountability structure and the thinking frameworks are worth it. It doesn't do the work for you, but it gives you the scaffolding to show up more consistently and think more clearly about what you're building and why.

The kaizen doesn’t cut corners , there’s a culture of not settling for less , there is constantly new content new updates and overall improvements to the course, community & accountability is great and attention to details is also very good I’ve learnt so much it’s amazing

Started off doing email marketing but chose to pivot to appointment setting later on. Callum and his team have been amazing for me, they’ve been there every step of the way when I chose to change up my skill, and they’re making sure I leave no stone unturned. Still a way to go in my entrepreneurial journey but I wouldn’t have gotten this far without Callum and the team. If you’re a complete beginner, I’d highly recommend going with The Kaizen.

I have been in the STP group for some time now and I enjoy the fact that team members assist with questions you may have and weekly q&a calls as well for the whole group.

This isn’t a get-rich-quick program and you aren’t going to earn 10K a month instantly upon joining. If you are serious about entrepreneurship it requires a lot of time, money and dedication. Your only limit is YOU and the kaizen team is there to assist you not hold your hand.

I’ve been working on my business for about a year now and still haven’t reached that 10K per month goal however this is purely because learning a skill takes time and then on top of it you need to learn skills like sales and marketing which is vast.

Unless you have a skill in which you have already mastered you will be working on business side operations like your website and social media/outreach. If you are starting out with no skill at all or very minimal knowledge in a skill like me, it will take time.

The kaizen team however have been there to assist me and the course is always updating with new material on to the already vast knowledge and recording Callum has provided so I’m very pleased with what I paid for.

The Skill to profit course gives so much value, it is literally insane. The whop course is easy to follow, and gives a lot of valuable information that is really useful in reality, in contrast to things one learns at school. In addition to this, the ceiling of return is all up to yourself. People are earning €10k+ in here from a, in comparison, measaly investment in yourself. Best investment one can make for self improvement

This is a solid program and group of people who can help people achieve their business goals.

Great and extensive Whop modules. Coaches help you out a lot as well. Everyone wants to see each other win.

This is a long review, and in the middle, I have written why I won't give it 5 stars.

THE IMPROVEMENT
I joined the programme back in late November of 2024.
It was very different to what it is now. Back then, it was mostly the head coach or the other Inner Circle members you could talk to if you had any problems, questions or concerns.
Now the programme has levelled up its game. There are more coaches to your availability (a coach for sales, outreach, content, and of course, the head coach for general business questions). On top of that, they have implemented success managers. People who check in multiple times per week to see how much progress is being made, ask if you need any help, or offer a word of encouragement to get back on track.

HERE IS WHY I WON'T GIVE IT 5 STARS
When I first started, I got thrown into it headfirst. I had a hard time figuring out what to do and how to move forward. I made a mistake, I think a lot of beginners tend to make when first starting a programme similar to this; start watching every single module and not taking any action until every module is completed. It's impossible to keep up. Before you know it, many weeks, if not months has passed by, new modules have been added, and you still haven't made any progress.

IMPORTANT!!
Now, with the addition of a success manager by your side, I hope no one will run into the same problem as I did. You will get the most out of this programme if you utilise all of the resources at your disposal. That means talking with the success manager, asking the coaches, setting up a step-by-step process, and don't be afraid to stop, and say, "the pace is too fast for my liking".
The coaches are there to push you. It's going to be uncomfortable, it's going to be hard, but remember, they only want the best for you, and that means they will also adapt to you.

Callum and his team are first of all very good at what they do, they have put together a bank of video modules that have genuinely helped me start and make money from my own biz.

They are always fast to reply if I have any questions, which makes a huge difference. The weekly QNA’s are always packed with value and advice tailored to your own biz.

Genuinely the best investment I have ever made for myself

I’ve learnt more about business from Callum and the team more than anywhere else! They are alongside you every step of the way, always helping and answering any questions that I have. I’m super pleased that I joined when I did, you can do the course alongside work and uni, it’s easy to follow, flexible and practical. Just take the step and invest in yourself and you won’t regret.

I’ve been a part of the program for some time now, and it’s been an amazing experience. From the guidance to the course itself. Everybody pushes you to be the best version of yourself here. In my personal experience, I’ve been open about my struggles and successes over the time and they have been nothing but helpful with me. In every single aspect. Apart from Callum which is a great inspiration and a really knowledgeable person and the rest of the mentors, I want to give a special thanks to Zach and Jake (even though he joined the team recently) because they hold me the most accountable and push me to go further. I have great plans for the future and I hope I can share my successes with the team throughout my journey.
The course in itself is super rich and content-filled. It encompasses a LOT of stuff. Everything is helpful and I haven’t found anything I haven’t used. There are a lot of call recordings and the QnA’s are super useful.
Again, special thanks to the team for keeping me in check and helping me grind.

Amazing resources, well built community and coaches ready to answer any question.
My experience with the program has been a positive one and in a sea of misinformation that is the internet, here I found actual knowledge.
The community promotes consistency and from when I started this program 6 months ago until now, it has actively gotten better.

Value packed and great support system in place to apply it.

The library of content they have is extensive and there is still more being added currently. The weekly live streams I have attended are very beneficial as well. Callum’s team has been working with me for over 6 months now and have pushed me in the right direction every step of the way. Callum and his team have also never sugar coated anything which I definitely appreciate. They’ll effectively provide feedback and push you in the right direction. His team has also helped me succeed when I was having a hard time in my personal life too, which I wasn’t expecting initially. Overall I’m thankful I’m able to be apart of the inner circle, and I definitely recommend it to those who are serious about their businesses.

Great experience. The Whop modules are laid out very clearly so it's easy for you to follow. The teaching, advice and support from Callum and the team is fantastic. They are very knowledgable and always happy to help steer you in the right direction. So much value here for someone looking to start their own business.

It’s a great group of motivated and supportive people with coaches providing really useful 1-1 feedback and support. I have found it super useful as they provide so much support and experience as well as tried and tested systems to give you the best chance to get you to your goals. I highly recommend it!

Great community. Weekly calls. Coaches that are world class in their fields are on standby for every message you send. Hours and hours of content to consume and improve. The best place to grow.
