Most terrible company

Most terrible company. Had one previous order everything fine kept the items and was happy. Second time absolutely diabolical sent me one item the other two are still missing. They obviously don’t care as no response from their “customer service” team. Working from a storage unit in cheetham hill 🤣 should have done some research before purchasing from them.

A disgrace

Didn't receive order, really poor customer service. It’s been months, and still not received order, and issue still not resolved. Katch me not taking accountability and keep referring me to the delivery company they use, as appose to resolving the issue. Their delivery company clearly advise the sender needs to be in contact, not the customer. Despite this, Katch Me keep telling me to go to the delivery company. Unhelpful communication. Money taken, no item, and a lot of effort and frustration to get resolved over the last few months. Still not resolved

Update to KatchMe response below on 03/01/24.
In KatchMe response below, they have said for me to please contact them.
Please note, I have contacted them, and they have continued to be unresponsive for the last 6 weeks.

Prior to this, when KatchMe has responded, it is with unhelpful emails, almost as if to show they've responded, but without actually helping or resolving, like empty promises and a lack of action.

I have had to report KatchMe to the Bank and Klarna, and the company has been unresponsive to Klarna, causing further issues for myself.

This company shouldn't be able to sell to the public

I’m approaching 6 months of dealing with this issue due to their lack of response or action!

TikTok scammers Absolute scam ordered on TikTok told…

Absolute scam ordered on TikTok told 5/7 days for delivery then put it to pre order after 7 days waiting to get dispatched so I then cancel order. I got through clearpay thinking I was safe, they refused refund saying something about chargeback then told me they refunded back to my bank when I said they couldn’t refund back to my bank as I paid through clearpay they said yeh your bank details are on clearpay??? Then they cancelled refund. TikTok don’t want to know nor clearpay so please stay away from these scammers. I will now contact online consumer regulators as I don’t want people getting scammed sent me a reply below about refund, total nonsense I never received a refund or goods

Delivery was taking so long...

Delivery was taking so long i ended up cancelling my order. It seems delivery through tiktok is faster, as those are sent 48hour tracked. I assumed online order delivery would take that long too, I guess not.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a long black coat with a hood and they sent me a normal size body warmer WITH NO HOOD. I’ve emailed them 3 times and no reply. This company is a SCAM!! Please don’t waste your money on them.

Very quick delivery with my first order…

Very quick delivery with my first order of a trench coat and camel teddy bear slip on shoes in the £30 bundle that I saw advertised on a TikTok live. I then ordered another bundle 2 days later, on a TikTok live, of a knitted co-ord with polo neck style jumper and black teddy bear slip ons. I sized up for comfort on the co ord as I like my tops a bit loose. Beautiful colour in Charcoal and tried it on right away. Top fits how I wanted but the legging style pants are about 8 inches too long (I’m 5ft 4) and the slip ons are a tad smaller than the previous pair I’d bought in the other bundle.
I’m unsure if the returns policy has improved as reading previous reviews below it’s not the greatest. So I’m wary of sending back and not receiving replacements in the shoes to size up…..the co ord I’m going to see if I can get the length taken up by a friend who’s a seamstress, but I believe when you’ve purchased a bundle you have to return all of it and not just the item that doesn’t fit? I’ll email anyway and ask but overall a very quick delivery for the first order and next day delivery for the second order.

Absolute disgrace - DO NOT BUY

Absolute disgrace, parcel never arrived and emailed them to explain, they asked me to complete a lost package form. A form which asks for details such as when the package was sent, proof of this , tracking numbers, how they sent this i.e. first class , second. They refused to complete this due to laziness, leaving a heavily pregnant customer out of pocket, stressed.

Great customer service

I ordered a item of clothing that I needed to send back because it didn't fit, after reading the reviews I was very sceptical about them replying or receiving my refund, I emailed and within a few hours I had a reply with my returns label, they also offered for me to keep the item and order something else from the site for the same price of my order which I declined, my order was tracked back to them and within a total of 5 days I had my money back in my account thank you Sammy.

Pleasantly surprised

I ordered a co-ord from here for my Mum and the delivery was up to 14 days. I didn't realised it was shipped from another country as thought it was a UK site. I didn't receive an email stating it had been dispatched so I chased it up and they responded promptly sharing the tracking numbers. I was pleasantly surprised by the item, very nice and my Mum likes it. 4 stars purely because I had to chase for the tracking. :)

Rip off company

Worse company I have ever bought from. They sent me completely wrong item, and after 3 emails of trying to make me buy it at a reduced cost?? Finally sent me a return label, and then tried to charge me for the return? Thankfully I paid by klarna and after 4 weeks of dispute finally paid nothing. Absolute joke of a company, I would stay well clear!

I would actually never buy from this…

I would actually never buy from this company again.

Ordered a dress it came out small. I then tried to send it back through emailing them for my returns they kept trying to offer me a percentage or half my money back when I just wanted to return for a full refund. I sent the item back 3 weeks ago now and they haven’t refunded me a thing. Defo do not recommend.
