Rubbish customer service and quality

On Black Friday I ordered 4 dresses. All looked beautiful and I’ve seen them on ads for a while now so thought I’d try them, all around £28.99 each which is definitely not the cheapest I’ve ever paid for a dress so I was expecting decent quality. One of them was actually out of stock so I got refunded for that and the other 3 wow the quality was shocking! The white dress completely see through, the black dress was ridiculously short and the arms too long! And the red dress was way too revealing crossed open drawstring all the way down the front which when I tightened it up it was too short! Very misleading pictures. I then requested a refund where I was offered a 30% refund! Then a 50% refund when I declined that , back and forth for weeks on replies it’s like they wanted me to just forget about it! I’ve just today got a refund luckily I could track that it was delivered back to them because they weren’t going to immediately refund me. They actually had to ask me what it was I’d sent back they didn’t even know! Don’t even bother save your money x

Do NOT order from these scammers!!! My daughter bought a dress, and it didn’t fit so was sending it back. When she emailed them for returns info, they said they would give her 30% off if she kept the dress!!! I sent it back myself and they ‘have never received it!!’ So I never got the refund!!! A total disgrace of a company I would NEVER order from them again and I will tell everyone I know to never order from them either! Be warned…it will happen to you too!

Ordered a coat

Ordered a coat, after 2 weeks of no delivery date I emailed and found out they did not have it in stock but they It took for me to email to find this out. They gave me an option of 3 coats so I chose one and asked for a delivery date as I wanted it before Christmas and have had no reply. Terrible customer service and company!

Scam

I ordered a long puffer coat on the 3rd December. I never got an email to say it had been dispatched so I emailed and asked and there reply was that it was out of stock and the warehouse no longer replenish it. I understand things like this happen however, they never contacted me to tell me I wouldn’t have found out if I didn’t email myself. And they are ignoring my emails about a refund. So that is £40 of mine you have and I still have no coat!

Ordered the Knit Sweater & Wide Leg…

Ordered the Knit Sweater & Wide Leg Pants Co-ord in size 6-12 on Thursday morning around 10am on tiktok live.
I was told if i had ordered the small size then it would come 1-2 days we are on now nearly a week and nothing has come! they even said if it’s pre order it would be here by latest Wednesday and it’s now Wednesday and nothing has come, i have emailed the company twice no replies, asked on the live about this got ignored. I’m just really annoyed with the communication as i’m wondering when this is gonna come?
My order doesn’t even say it’s been dispatched yet hence a week waiting! very annoyed! won’t be ordering again.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I ordered a coat which was trending via TikTok shop services. It was meant to be delivered by today or tomorrow as the estimated delivery states. The coat has not even been dispatched yet. I tried to get into contact via TikTok shop and the response I got was terrible, something about sending feedback to the warehouse, I don’t know how that’s helpful. I then tried contacting them on their live, the lady on there said she doesn’t deal with customer services and told me to email. I tried sending an email and the email bounces, faulty email address. So right now I have no option but to leave a bad review. Not satisfied at all with the customer service. Don’t think I’ll be placing an order from here again. Just wanted to know where the hell my order is!!!

I purchased a couple of items online…

I purchased a couple of items online about a week ago for a Thanksgiving outfit. After they arrived I decided on a costume change and set up a return for the items I bought and had the return label emailed to me. After consideration I decided I wanted to keep the items I already had and cancel my return. Sammy was excellent and cancelled the return for me.
