Awful service. AVOID!!!

I placed an order of four items from Katch Me, all of which arrived to be poor quality and so I wanted to return. The returns process was slow, after emailing multiple times first being offered a 30% refund and to keep the items then a 50% refund and to keep the items which I did not want. Upon finally returning I was only refunded half of my order saying they only received two items (a plain lie), I have been going back and forth sending proof of postage, to which they are no longer responding to me emails! I will be reporting to my bank as a scam!

ONLY ORDER IF YOU'RE PREPARED TO NOT GET A RETURN

Attempting to return item multiple times but they don't respond to their emails, nor send the return label. Other companies normally allow you to fill out the form online so I think they make you email them to get away with scamming people.

Awful customer service and return policy

Awful customer service, returned my parcel a month ago and still have no received any money from my return. Genuinely the worst company i’ve ever dealt with, just ignoring my emails now.

AVOID ! WORST COMPANY EVER

Received a paid of trousers that were both faulty and not as described and was offered 30% refund to keep? When I returned I had to fight for my refund and they deducted £6.99 for the privlege of sending back a faulty item! I will be reporting to Trading Standards.

RETURN ADDRESS BELOW

Their return address is 39A Broughton Street, Manchester, M8 8LZ for anyone whose emails they continue to ignore. They will want you to write a note in your return package to say you want to return the item and include order number. Nothing but scammers taking peoples money!!

Wrong sizing

Ok, so first of all I ordered outfit which should have fitted up to size 20. The outfit arrived really good quality but would have fitted a size 12! Returns process was simple so don't understand negative comments about not receiving returns label. If you do it through Evri you generate a qr code (emailed to you)which will then produce label at the machine in the shop!!

This is the worst experience I had with…

This is the worst experience I had with an online retail. I ordered two items and I didn’t receive one one the items I ordered. I wanted to get a refund so I did what it said to get a refund but haven’t got a response back. There was no customer service either so I couldn’t say about the item I didn’t receive.
Please don’t waste your time as I don’t want anyone else experience the same thing as I did!

Poor and slow customer service

After waiting a month for all of my items to arrive (they come separately) I decided to return all 3 items as they did not fit and it had gone past when I needed them for. I waited until the last item had arrived before emailing for a return as didn’t see the point in sending separately (the returns policy is to email them for a return address) I am still waiting for a reply with details of who to send to after them offering me 30% of to keep the items, and me replying no. They have the slowest replies to emails, and poor customer service (even when I emailed querying about where my parcel was they never replied). Just want a refund.

DONT RECOMMEND

Definitely do not recommend at all sizes are wrong pictures are so different to the product I returned my package over three weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund and I have emailed multiple times!!!!

Ladies DONT waste your well earned…

Ladies DONT waste your well earned money on this pile of rubbish! In my opinion/experience, clothes are not sized properly, customer service is non existent and I’m going after them via my credit card company under the Consumer Credit Act! Just scammers - save your money.

Bad customer service

I ordered 4 dresses. None of them appeared as they looked on the website. One of the dresses was completely see through and they are terrible quality. When I emailed to ask to send them back they told me they would only offer me a 30% refund and I could then keep the dresses. I have emailed again since saying i don’t agree with that and they have conpeltely ignored me.

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company. Returned my item and I am still waiting for a refund after two months. I’ve sent proof of delivery and even the location but apparently their warehouse still hasn’t received it. Then when I ask to make a complaint all I keep getting is our warehouse will let us know when they have received your parcel and we will refund you. Disgusting will never use them again and will make sure if I see anyone wanting to purchase from them will tell them to stay clear!!!!

I ordered a dress on this website for…

I ordered a dress on this website for an event for £35 and waited weeks for it to arrive just for it to not even arrive at my own address. I had contacted the website asking if they could help me in this situation. The communication I’ve had with them has been so minimal. I’ve also asked for a refund back but they haven’t yet replied yet. They have these TikTok lives in which they have models to try on their clothes and I have asked if they could check out their emails regarding my order. I am so disappointed in this service as I am a student who is in full time education without a job and this dress meant that a big amount of my money got deducted from my account and now my parcel hasn’t even arrived. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from here due to the lack of professionalism this company lacks that they can’t even serve an unhappy customer.

Terrible returns policy

I requested instructions for returning items on 6 separate occasions. I was asked to keep the items & accept 30% of value & then again 50%!! I then returned the items to the address on their packaging which reads "return address". I forwarded proof of posting & 3 days later received an email with the required label & instructions!!! Unbelievable. Of course it contained a different address to that I posted the parcel to. Please save yourselves a load of hassle & don't even bother placing an order with this joke of a company. I await my refund with hope 🙄

Why is it so difficult to return…

Why is it so difficult to return anything? Its stressing me out i have commented on their instagram, messaged them, emailed them multiple times and no reply!!! This is ridiculous. I want to return these clothes asap!

i wouldnt recommend
