If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I bought a coat from this company which I received with a dead butterfly inside the plastic bag with my coat, but I didn’t mention anything about because frankly my brain couldn’t work out how this happened. I had this coat for less than a month and wore I once for 10 minutes to run the shop. When I went to take the coat off, the quality was of such poor quality one of the buttons ripped straight off leaving a hole in the coat. When I emailed the company requesting a refund as I was not happy with the button ripping off after one wear, they offered me a 30% refund which added up to £16 and for me to pay to get the cost repaired myself locally. I refused this offer and said I would like a full refund and sent the coat back to them, they then proceeded to email me and tell me they would not be able to refund me because the coat smelt of perfume which is due to me wearing perfume that ONE time I wore it and that the coat had a stain on the inside which certainly did not happen on my 10 minute walk to and from the shop, but that is my bad and I have learnt my lesson to thoroughly check items I receive from online companies like this. I wouldn’t even recommend shopping here to my worst enemy.

First I was ready to give a one star first time purchase product was damaged so was super mad Sammy calmed me down and made sure to send a coupon just in time for the event and brought outfit for.
I appreciate good customer service as products being faulty are possible thanks again for the wonderful customer service Sammy as it has now made me start looking into my next order

I was annoyed to be told two days after…

I was annoyed to be told two days after I placed my order that my item was out of stock, because I really like that color. However, the customer service of Katch Me patiently asked me via email if I liked other colors or products with similar prices, but I still didn't like them. So I decided to refund the money and buy it again when I had the chance. I sent the email and received a notification that the refund was in my account within half an hour, which was a plus and made me feel valued. Therefore, if there is a chance in the future, I will choose to buy the goods I like here again.

I was told that I was not eligible for…

I was told that I was not eligible for having my delivery charge refunded, when I had sent my whole order back within 14 days, due to apparently Evri having my money and all orders don't have the delivery refunded.

Katie F was just excellent. Great customer service and query resolved so quickly, didn't even have to wait 20 minutes. Delivery refunded as it should have been originally. Couldn't be happier. She is the only reason I am rating 5/5 today. Hope to get more updates when returning.

SCAM

Poor quality clothing. Sizing also isn’t right in the co ords. I’ve been trying to return an item for refund with no avail for 3 weeks now. This company don’t reply to instagram messages or emails. Very disappointing. No instruction on their website on how to return an item other than sending them an email which they don’t reply too.

I recently had an error with my order

I recently had an error with my order , one of the items sent wasn't what I had ordered. I needed to return most of the items in my order . However I was concerned that if I returned the Incorrect item that was sent, I would not receive the correct refund. I contacted katchme and communicated with Sammy . Fast delivery and good service!
Ordered on Thursday and received my clothes on Tuesday, even though it said I wouldn't receive them until much later.
When I placed my order I wrote my email incorrectly and contacted customer service.
Great service, responded immediately and very helpful!!
Only have good things to say about the clothes!
I am 1.80 cm tall and ordered from their "Tall collection", and for the first time in my life experienced that the trousers are a bit too long. Only a plus in my book!

After seeing loads of advertisements…

After seeing loads of advertisements through Instagram (I know i probably shouldn't have trusted this) I bought the Beige Knit set.

I got S/M but the trousers are so short and I'm only 5'4 so the sizing is definitely off. The trousers DO NOT look the same nor are they made the same to the videos you see of influencers advertising this set.
The quality is awful and this specific set is so itchy.

The returns policy looks so dodgy, there's no return label in the package when it arrives, so you have to message the sales team which by the looks of it, won't reply.

Please don't trust what you see online and keep your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM KATCH ME.

I am so disappointed with Katch Me. I had ordered from Canada and was so excited to receive my items. I had placed an order for 2 items. Upon ordering, I noticed that the items that I was ordering were available for the "one size" option only at the time of submitting my order. The sizing is not clear and terrible for this site. When I received my order I had to pay an additional $42.00 in duties to receive my package and because I thought I was receiving quality items and correct sizing, I had no problem. The items were definitely not the size as described and the quality was also not there. The return policies are not even that clear from where I looked on the site and just have you contact customer service directly. After going back and forth with them they offered me 30% and 50% of my original order costs and site credits which I did not accept due to the major disappointment in their sizing and quality and now their customer service. They also offered me a label which I still had to pay for. I live in Canada and honestly it is not worth paying label costs and shipping costs. I already will not be receiving my $42.00 in duty costs back. I asked if they could provide free return methods for my specific situation and they were unable to accommodate that. I do not recommend buying from this site and the customer service does not seem to care about their customers experience. To add salt to the wound their site now has updated with new sizing options for one of the items I ordered (which were not there before and there was no indication that these sizes even existed). Please stay away from this company and save your money.

Fake Clothing, Horrific Quality.

I ordered this really cute Beige Notch…

I ordered this really cute Beige Notch Lapel Button Waist Tie Thermal Coat, however it never arrived. Ivy, was able to help with my problem and issued a refund due to the coat not being in stock any longer. I will keep a look out for the jacket to be back in stock! Because I have to reorder it!!

Returned all my items in 14days and kept my proof of receipt and now they are saying that they haven’t received it. Although it was delivered a week ago. They will scam you and tell you to keep the clothes and they will offer half% but will stop replying if you want 100%. You will have to try and go though your bank and get refund but to save yourself the trouble just don’t order read what the other girlies are saying
