Brilliant customer service. Will order again
Amazing customer service. Messaged me to inform me that something I ordered was damaged and couldn’t be sent. Told me I could either have a refund or wait a few days more to receive it. I waited and couldn’t be happier. Product is perfect and they threw in a couple freebies for the wait. Will definitely order again

Cheapest Shisha I could find in the UK and actually really good quality.
I have been ordering from kazam regularly for the last couple of years and everything is always perfect. Amazing value dispatched quick second to none customer service and an amazing selection of products. I was looking for a cheap first Shisha so I could see if I like them and I checked multi places but kazam was by the far the cheapest I was able to get a fully functional glass Shisha with a ceramic top for like 14quid and with a metal Shisha screen added I was able to get it sent to me on 48 hour delivery all for under 20quid so they must have subsidized the delivery aswell. Really good business.

My praise is as high as a kite
Really good company. Ordered an item that became broken in transit to the company and they happily switched it out for me for a similar product in the same price bracket for no extra cost. Doesn't stop there, it was delivered on the weekend and they even took care to ensure there was no way it'd break it transit this time! The note was a nice touch too :)
