Brought a bong from these guys and loved it. The down-pipe smashed after 3/4 days (No fault of theirs), so I ordered I replacement bong. I contacted them to no shipping updates like the first order (my bad I didn’t realise they aren’t open weekends) so they let me know that it will be sent out Monday and even offered to send me a replacement down-pipe for the first bong I ordered. They sent my package Monday and I received it Wednesday. Couldn’t be more happy. The first order they sent via parcel Force but I recon because they knew strikes were approaching they sent it to via Evri to ensure it would arrive with my my the date I paid for. Love the fact you get a little care package with your order (grinder, screens & leaflet). Will deffo be making another order after Xmas. Would highly recommend getting some smokes essentials from here. Overall quality, price, delivery and customer service were to tier. Thanks again Kazam :)

Absolutely top. Ordered during the Royal Mail strikes so my order was delayed, completely not their fault, my order was dispatched when it was meant to be. Received a message explaining exactly what was going on, brilliant customer service, I will definitely be returning to this store, thank you.

Still waiting for my items and I paid extra for a quick delivery,really hope their here by next week,I have received half my money back and another order has been sent out to me as its royal mails fault with the strikes and I thank yous for that
