Sham company gives you a price for the service then charge you different even though agreed with their own representatives also vehicles regularly allegedly breaking down disrupting service

I had a skip from Kcm waste management the service was very good they delivered on time and collected as I requested . They were very polite I would highly recommend this company every time .

We have used KCM a number of times and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and everything has always been dealt with quickly. Skips have been delivered and collected when arranged and we have never had any problems. Would definitely recommend KCM to anyone needing a reliable local waste company.

Was a good price young lady I spoke to and messaged I think her name was Ellie was really nice pleasant loverly lady and the lads that dropped the skips off n collected were very nice n pleasant aswell

The skip was dropped off early and when they came to pick it up there was a real challenge for Charlie and Justin to reverse on to my drive . They did it though and managed really well . The guys were polite , professional and really efficient. Thank you KCM .

Justin (driver and operator) arrived bang on time and due to some awesome skills in driving and operating the hydraulic skip drop was able to deliver our skip where we wanted it (off road). This was made complex by being let down by our neighbour who had left on holiday and left his second car right in the way.

Ive been having real issues with our other waste management company, asked Elisa to come in and speak to me about their service and cost, which she did within a day, we agreed the costing and signed the paperwork. The change over was seamless and exactly what we needed, im pleased with the service and the customer service is first rate would recommend KCM 100%

After being letdown by our usual Skip supplier we were recommended KCM. After making contact with Elisa who called to see us on the same day to discuss our requirments, we decided to use KCM. Terrible Experience – Unreliable and Dishonest Service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this skip company. I requested the skip for one day only, but it’s now been almost four days, and it still hasn’t been collected despite multiple calls.

From the start, the service was poor. The driver dropped the skip in the wrong location, right in the middle of our working area, which created immediate problems. When I called the next day for collection, they assured me it was booked in, but no one showed up. I called again in the afternoon and was told it would be picked up the next morning. That didn’t happen either.

Every time I call, I get the same excuse with no real action taken. Their lack of communication and failure to follow through has delayed my construction work, as I cannot proceed with concreting due to the skip blocking the site.

No commitment, full of false promises – I would not recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy

I had a specific collection and delivery need for the skip as I needed access to my drive for electric car charging. Skip was dropped off first thing Friday as promised and Id asked for collection first thing the following Monday. Called Friday afternoon to advise Skip was ready and it was collected 8am on Saturday. Absolutely brilliant - how refreshing to deal with a company who go over and above. Will definitely use KCM in future.

I deal with KCM on at least a weekly basis through my job and in the last 3 years there might have been one mistake. Every time I phone there's a friendly voice on the end of the line. They have made repeat trips when skips were blocked in, I've had drivers wait for a blockage to clear to drop skips, it never seems to be a problem. They make my job far easier and I can't speak highly enough of them. Fantastic company and people.
