Appaling treatment of my elderly mum by KCOM. Since January, they have been overbilling her ,claiming her data usage has increased. She has no smart TV, and is not on social media. KCOM have acknowleged via email in Feb that there is a technical problem causing this. But nothing has been done to resolve this and she gets constant emails telling her she is over the limit and will be charged for this . This is causing her a huge amount of stress and anxiety. They now claim she is using a VPN which is increasing her usage by 30%. She has no idea how to connect a vpn! Shameful treatment of vulnerable customers.

Great experience with Blake and Ellis yesterday who came to connect us up with KCOM. Came up with a great solution to a tricky access problem, no fuss, just thought about it and made the best job of it. Efficient, pleasant, tidy workers, explained things really and happy to help, just very nice with customers. System was very easy to set up and worked immediately. My husband also had a very experience on a call to KCOM later that evening.

Ellis and Blake from KCOM came out to connect our internet, and I’ve got to say, they were both spot on.
Really respectful, easy to talk to, and just got on with the job without making a fuss. They explained what they were doing in a straightforward way, didn’t overcomplicate anything, which I appreciated.
Everything was set up properly, working as it should, and they left things tidy after. Just a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish.
Nice to deal with people who are well mannered and take a bit of pride in what they do.

We were visited by Matt & Jake on Monday 20th April to finish the installation. Both guys were totally respectful of our property and made the installation extremely efficient. Matt went through everything with us as being pensioners and not very savvy with technology anything we were not sure of he explained in detail. We were totally impressed and happy with the service we received as we never received this level of service from our previous provider. We would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Very good customer services for setting up the acocunt and troubleshooting during connection. Quick getting through to both departments. Only ever 1 in the queue system so less than 2 mins wait.

With no internet to the property, an engineer was quickly despatched the following day. The problem was quickly and effectively resolved with the engineer providing succinct explanations and purposeful reassurances as he methodically tested the router set-up and connection. Fault soon diagnosed at the cabinet and resolved. Offered good, sound advice too on being quizzed about other aspects!

The installers Ellis and Blake were very friendly and efficient. Care was taken with the instalation through my garden and all mess was cleaned . Everything was explained, and as we didn't know how connect the TV to the new Internet this was all done for us.
