Friendly and professional

Matt and Jake did a great job of connecting us and were tidy and professional whilst being friendly and approachable also. Phoned customer service today and they dealt with my question very quickly and were very keen to give great customer service and satisfaction. Thank you to you all

Service Application & Installation.

The application for the service was advised well, although the installation appointment was more than two weeks later, this was on time & efficiently done. The staff have been informative, although the documentation is sparse for the Eero unit(s) the primary unit is working well. The second Eero unit is not yet set up and I have had to look online for what a flashing blue light means, & how to resolve this. I don't regard this as a negative for KCOM, more the OEM (manufacturer).

Moving Home

Moving Home

Messed about since I told them I was moving on 16 March. Got the confirmation email immediately stating all was updated.

Within days of the move I called to ask for a new router as previous one was not fit for purpose, during this call I had to tell them again about my move as it wasn't on their system. Again, this was apparently updated. Then where did the new router get delivered, my old address!

Kcom updated again, bill usual amount so thought all was well, until a phone call on 11 May saying they had messed up my move, shocker, and had to update it (was told this had been done 3 times already). On this call I said that I didn't care so long as they didn't mess up my bill. I was assured this would be for my usual monthly amount and not to worry.

Several days later, I got an email stating I needed to change my password to log in. Wasted time spent doing that, logged in and none of my information was available to view, package, previous bills etc. Week or so later and the icing on the cake, new bill appeared (can't see older ones still) and they have messed up my bill! Bill is for around 25% more, and states it's a business account rather than personal and the deductions are incorrect presumably due to this.

As others have said, the staff on the phone have you believe they will action what they tell you they will, but seldom happens.

Also, it's disgusting that new subscribers can get the top package for less than what loyal customers are paying for a much inferior one.

The engineers who installed my broadband were polite and friendly. The broadband itself is delivering the promised speeds

Equipment compatibility with eeRo being Amazon centric

Compatibility with Amazon Eero routers and Tp-link (Tapo) problematic. Amazon and Zigbee most compatible, not flexible!!

Kcom, Best internet provider I have ever had.

Kcom, in my experience, have been reliable and extremely fast internet provider.
In the rare occasions I have had issues they have provide great customer service and fixed the issues quickly.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Great company ⁹

We have been with Kcom 2 years now and any problems along the way have been sorted promptly. Very easy to contact and not waiting too long to be put through. All in all extremely happy with the whole service.

Decided to go with this company after…

Decided to go with this company after being with another i really wished we hadn't bothered, we went live with Kcom on friday late afternoon we had no phone! Internet was rubbish too we spent the weekend trying to sort out with the tech team at Kcom complete waste of time, rang again late Monday afternoon explaining we needed a phone line as my elderly mum needs to have support no- one gave a damn! Anyway after being sent loopy by their couldn't care attitude we decided to go back to our old supplier my god i really wished we hadn't bothered with Kcom hopefully our old supplier with be much more human and actually give a toss about people and get us back to where were were to begin with,
If you are wondering about trying this company please do not bother save yourself hassle and really do not bother, we really wish we hadn't, and we only went with them for three days and that was far too much.
Stay away from them TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!!!

Just had KCOM instal full fibre today. Only been in a few hours but so far working perfectly. A special mention has to go to the two engineers, Blake and Ellis. In what were really atrocious conditions, extremely heavy rainfall, these two engineers did a fantastic, professional job. Courteous and professional. Qualities you don't get everywhere at the moment. Well done KCOM
