To be honest, the broadband services is very good and have been with them for a number of years.

My main issue is in changing the admin password of the Zyxel XMG3927 router......basically you cant - the web documentation suggests username option under the Maintenance tab but this doesnt exist!! Absolutely ridiculous. Changing the password every so often is a standard security requirement - .

Ordering so easy online and a few minutes after order a lovely lady called to confirm all etc. so far good experience

This company fixed a cable to my private house to supply another house without proper consultation or discussion,they defaced a grade 2 property by actually fixing the cable across the centre of the wall in full view.Connected the cable to another house owners box outside their property.All you get is customer services and someone will get back to you.You don’t use someone’s else’s property to fix cables to because you can’t be bothered to install internet directly in the correct manner.3 days I have been trying to speak to someone to remove the cable and pay to repair my brickwork.

Everything happened as planned.
Polite and tidy installers. They explained everything and we discussed where the line would go throug my garden. They removed a few block paving tiles, they were replaced correctly.

Staff excellent very helpful and friendly.

I find that Kcom is very experienced in what they do

💩 CON are the most expensive 😫 unreliable phone company 😑 in the country most of the time their rubbish service doesn't work and they are totally useless at fixing problems! So what do I do you may ask well you place a LOVELY LITTLE CEASE ORDER WITH BT IN 0800800150 AND BT CEASES YOUR SERVICE WITH 💩CON AND OPENREACH INSTALL A BRAN LINE AND YOU SAVE YOURSELF AN ABSOLUTE FORTUNE AND YOU NEVER USE 💩CON AGAIN SO 😊 DO IT NOW as 💩CON is the FAGIN give people nothing but a rubbish useless service and expect them to pay an Absolute fortune for it sadly it doesn't work like that as it's a breach of the Telecommunications act 2026 where Ofcom says any service provider who is OBSTRUCTIVE OR MONOPOLISTIC will result in their operating licence being revoked and they won't exist anymore as OFCOM has already done this so PLACE THE LOVELY LITTLE CEASE ORDER NOW AND GET STUFFED 💩CON!!

Helpful sorting out my contract

DO NOT GO WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

We moved to Market Weighton over 2 years ago. The issues started the second we went with KCOM. First off we did not have broadband for 2 weeks and when we called over and over again they could not do anything.

Now we have bought our own home, KCOM CANNOT supply broadband to it so they are charging ME £450 because THEY cannot supply broadband.

COMPLETE INSANITY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

EDIT - After calling KCOM as requested I have been told they cannot do anything. I raised an Ombudsman case against them and that didnt seem to change anything so I am having to £511.81 after all of this. Take this as you will!

Recently left to connexion in Hull. Had nothing but issues since leaving in January. Had to contact ombudsman to leave them after regretting leaving kcom. Not worth the very small savings for the difference in service and customer service.
