I recently purchased a new SUV from your Kinsale Outlet and was dealing with Kelvin.Kelvin was excellent and so accommodating to myself and my Wife I will certainly be contacting Kelvin in the future about changing the SUV again also he was very attentive to any questions we had about changing to electric also I am purchasing my Cars for myself and my Wife for a very long time

When we bought a new Dacia Jogger Hybrid [great experience buying the car], we were informed by the sales agent it included 2 years of free service. When the first service was due, there was nothing in our receipt that mentioned the free service, so I called the Kearys Belgard Service call centre. The woman who answered confirmed that verbal agreements for free services were common, and subsequently booked me in for 2 weeks later [so far so good!].

Fast forward to today; as soon as I arrived for the booking, Kevin informed me the service was not free. I was told I hadn't brought any paperwork, the free service wasn't in the system, and the agent who sold us the car was sick. And that I would have to pay.

The most infuriating part was the fact that I had been told by the Kearys Belgard Call Centre this was confirmed, it would be a free service, and was booked in [my name was in the system when I arrived, so the service had definitely been booked in]. Having driven from North Dublin during rush hour, and having arranged childcare - being told that I had to pay was beyond disappointing.

Kevin spoke with his manager and told me they would do the service as a "courtesy". I was already angry at this point, and did not see it as a courtesy - only what was agreed when we bought the car. Communication between the Kearys Belgard Service Call Centre, and the Service Desk really needs to be on point with these things. Because at the moment it is a joke!!

Traded our kadjar today for an Arkana. From start to finish Diarmuid was excellent, very knowledgeable and so helpful.
I would highly recommend Kearys Renault Cork. Very pleased with the overall experience.

He was extremely pleasant to deal with, explained everything in detail and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone intereated in changing their car. Buyer beware when dealing with Keary’s Dublin! They are quick to sell, but not so quick to fix a car. Within the first month, serious issues surfaced and Kearys passed responsibility and dismissed the potentially hazardous problems. Despite returning four times for the same unresolved issues, there is still no sign of anyone actually putting their hands under the hood of the car. The service manager initially seemed friendly but became very dismissive, overly defensive and unhelpful when questioned. I chose Keary’s for the one-year warranty, but they have not honoured this. This lack of accountability is a disgrace and nothing has been fixed. Kearys, this is unacceptable, dishonourable and its time you TOOK accountability and adhere to the warranty. They may be cheaper than other dealers but I would not recommend nor will I ever use any Keary’s branch again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Bought a car from Kearys recently (salesman Stephen O Neill) would stay well clear of him, He tried to con me out of €1150 telling me he could get my finance payments down if I took out scratch and dent insurance, didn't think nothing of it until a week later and rang the finance company and they said scratch and dent mean nothing to your finance payments..My payments went way down when I took of the scratch and dent from my finance..Deal with anyone else bar Stephan O Neill in Kearys

Customer service from Kevin, in Belgard, was excellent. He efficiently took note of all the issues raised by me, the technicians located the source of the issues and replaced the parts, all under warranty, and Kevin made contact throughout to keep me informed . What an asset to your company. Stress-free experience....I wish there were more companies with staff like Kevin.
Ps....and my car was washed!!! 10/10

I want to warn everyone from Kearys Renault and Dacia Cork. Everything is so lovely when you want to get the car, Everything will be perfect and everyone will bre so kind and nice, but when anything will be wrong with the car, you have to be very patient, they will not care about you then, you have to ask and please them for a replacement car, they will refuse any compensation and they wont answer your phone calls nor emails. The car they sold me did not have tracking done, so few months in had to change tyres. Unfortunately they do not even care about the complaint. Do not recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to take a moment to say how great my experience dealing with Keary’s was and particularly Paula, and the attention and care given. Paula took great care to explain all the options available to me and the costings for each. Her time and patience helped greatly with my final decision. I am delighted with my new car and look forward to many years of safe driving in my new Renault.

I just purchased a Renault Megane E-Tech Techno from Kearys, Kinsale Road Roundabout. The sale executive I dealt with was Diarmuid Marsden. Diarmuid was extremely professional and provided me with his expertise and advice. He was always at the end of the phone with any queries I had and made the whole process seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and I will definitely be back to Diarmuid in the future.

I have just traded in my old car and bought a new one today.
I chose Kearys on the Kylemore road as they were highly recommended by a few of my friends.
They didn’t disappoint.
I dealt with a chap called Andy.
From start to finish Andy was highly attentive & supportive to my needs. He made my experience very enjoyable. He was so professional and provided me with help, advice and time to purchase the car that was right for me.
I had a few concerns during the process, and Andy went above & beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with the deal I was getting.
