thank you Keens!
A sofa was one of my biggest purchases after getting to the property ladder so I wanted to get it right and Keens could not have made it a better experience. Did a lot of research and visited many shops and ended up in Keens after a recommendation from a friend. Was met by super friendly that were there to help but were not pushy. Remembered you and your friends (who ended going with the same sofa!) when you went back. In the end I found exactly what I was looking for and while it was expensive, it was on par with other places I had visited. When I heard about having to wait 10-13 weeks for the sofa to be ready I was offered a loan sofa for free while I waited which arrived the next day, mindblown! My sofa arrived yesterday only after 7 or so weeks and the delivery guys again were so friendly, took the loan sofa, put together the new one and left with all the rubbish. Most importantly, I LOOOOVE my new sofa, thank you Keens!

Fantastic place
Fantastic place, the staff are brilliant, extremely patient and super helpful and friendly, as well as professional.
As we (or the wife) wasn't sure as to what style of sofa etc would suit the house, help was on hand, and in abundance.
From Brian, Paul, Ricky (lee), and Susi,(apologies if the name is not correct), but everyone was fantastic, Brian you're a star, and fortunate to work with really beautiful people.
This place, Keens is the place to go, for not only quality, but style, up to date furniture, and a beyond service. As delivery is to everywhere they are able to get to. And free.

Well worth the order
Ordered a little Present Time statue. The vendor emailed me with the tracking number straight after the order. Parcel arrived in lots of packaging and the statue is perfect. Would recommend.

Excellent service all round
The staff in the main shop and Cathy in the outlet were great. Cathy took her time with us and helped when I rang with a query a couple days later. The delivery men were great. A big thank you to everyone.

Great variety of stock at Keens to suit…
Great variety of stock at Keens to suit all budgets and tastes. Delivery was excellent delivered within the 2 hour window with a phone call 20 minutes before.
Lead time for our item of furniture was about 6 weeks.
Overall Keens offers an excellent range of furniture service is great and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic Furniture Store / Outlet
Fantastic store filled with beautiful furniture, beds, rugs etc. Competitive prices (credit available). Very attentive staff who guided us easily through our choice of product, the purchase and the delivery. All went seamlessly. I would highly recommend that you visit Keens when considering your next purchase, you will not be disappointed - and don't forget the Outlet Store across the street, there is a great bargain to be had in there.

Great two seater sofa - great price, great service
