I love dogs, and this for me is a Godsend. I have quite a few fur babies and i love seeing them happy and healthy. This just made that very possible

WARNING!! SCAMMER ALERT!
WARNING!!! MINUS TEN STARS! These sellers appear to be SCAMMERS!
This seller attempted to steal my money like they did other buyers. The item I was purchasing was $38.99 and even though I did not confirm nor complete the page to authorise the payment, they still took $155 from my account via PayPal, and then several other smaller amounts without my approval, and subscribed me without my approval, even though there was no mention of a subscription at ANY POINT in the process.
The fact that I hadn't even confirmed I was agreeing to pay the $38.99, they went ahead anyway and took $155 and the other amounts.
I went to my bank and cancelled the payment and cancelled my debit card to stop them. The bank confirmed it was a SCAM!

BEWARE...I agree with others who have been duped. They advertise 4 packets for $38.99 so I ordered 8 packets. When I saw amounts I was to be charged by PayPal I was amazed and got out of the PayPal and Kelpie pages so thought I'd cancelled the order as I didn't complete the payment page.
However, charges from 'Wire Salad' of $160.63 and $140.03 plus foreign exchange of $8.74 appeared on my bank statement.
Therefore I was very confused. Once I worked out that this must be Kelpie's charges and I could I locate an email address for them, I requested a refund. I was informed that order had been processed and no refund available.
However, the chews only arrived after I sent another couple of emails asking for a refund or at least I wanted the product but this didn't arrive until over a month later and were posted from Victoria, Australia!!
This has been a very expensive exercise so please don't order anything from them. Our dog really doesn't like them to top it all off.

I honestly don't understand why you're asking me to leave a rating before I've had the chance to experience any of your services or products.
I simply came across your advertisement about allergies, which invited people to click for more information. That's exactly what I did. However, I haven't received the information that was advertised.
Requesting a rating at this stage feels unfair and, frankly, a bit misleading. It doesn't make sense to ask people to evaluate something when they're still waiting for the very information they were promised in the advertisement.
Why the rush to collect ratings? If your service or product is genuinely good, positive reviews will come naturally from real customer experiences. Asking for ratings before people have even received the information or used the service only undermines the credibility of those reviews.
