Got the loafers and a dress from here and I’ve already worn both multiple times. The shoes are actually comfortable which surprised me because I usually struggle with that. Delivery took around 2 weeks like they said, so no issues there. Packaging was simple but clean. I’d probably order again.

Awful fake leather loafers! Stunk of chemicals and polish, no arch support. Cheapest pair of shoes I’ve ever seen. This is my fault for buying online. DO NOT buy from this company! They wanted $50 to ship back to China!

If there were an option to rate zero stars, I would certainly do so, only so that others know not to make the same mistake that I made. While I hate to rate a company who claims to be a family owned business poorly, I feel certain that this is a Chinese scam rather than a family owned boutique business. The customer service emails were very kind, but everything else about purchasing from this store is a front for a Chinese child labor production. The linen shorts were not linen, threads were hanging from every portion of the shorts, and the sizing/pattern was even less than mediocre. Even the tags were cut out of both pair of shorts that I ordered, and the sizing was most similar to a child’s size 10/12 rather than a men’s sized medium. Even considering that the shorts were an elastic waistband, they would not have gone around my teenage son’s thighs. (He is 30 waist) And sadly, when I tried to make a return, they informed me that my options were to take a 15% discount and keep the shorts or return the shorts back to China for $50 in shipping fees and tariffs.
Please do not make the same mistake. I can assure you that there is absolutely no one who would be happy with the quality of the fabric, the workmanship, or even the pattern/design. The same thing happened to me several months ago with a hat company sending Knock off hats from China and shame on me for not doing my research and having the same situation occur again.
Regardless of the of the hope that you will save money purchasing a pair of linen shorts, you will be disappointed and feel scammed in the end.

The shoes I ordered took 5 weeks to arrive and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online. This is clearly a dropshipping operation straight from a factory in Shanghai.

Ordered sconces. Not one worked. Tried to return and they offered me 15%. No return label or anything offered. Horrible customer service. Never again.

Straight up fraud company uses fake shipping documentation in order to fake a delivery. Since it took so long for them to “ship it”, up to a month or longer will have passed before it stated as arrived. However, it never arrived thus I’m pretty sure this is straight up fraud.

I picked up a couple things randomly and it worked out fine. The quality feels better than fast fashion stuff I’ve bought before. Shipping wasn’t fast but not an issue since they’re upfront about it. Everything came in good condition and definitely i’ll order again.

I ordered randomly late at night lol and forgot about it. When it came i was actually impressed. The fabric feels soft with great quality. Fits well without needing adjustments. Its one of those purchases that just works without effort.

First of all i want to say thanks to their customer support team they doing their job really well, they helped me nicely in choosing correct size and tracking and the shirt i got is just easy to wear and perfect fit nothing flashy but it works for daily use. Fabric feels comfortable and doesn’t irritate or anything. The order was nicely packed and delivered in time, overall just a smooth experience

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son prom like a month early they didn’t arrive till like a week after his prom I contacted them for a refund they said I’d have to pay to send them back which would have been 50 which is the price of the shoe which is crazy then they only refunded me 12 dollars like what??? I will never ever ever order anything from this website again!

I’ve tried a lot of these online stores and most are hit or miss but this one actually delivered what was shown. The chinos i ordered have some stretch so they’re comfortable for long days. Also they shippedout exactly same as they shown at the time of order nothing unexpected. Overall its a really smooth experience.

Lance was a great help. Accidently ordered two items when I meant to order one and they refunded me in a timely and professional matter. Also my sunglasses are great, wear them almost every day

I had a great experience with the customer service agent who helped me out. When I got my shirt sent out it was slightly smaller than I would've liked and when I reached out, they sent me a free size replacement with no hassle. I didnt even have to send the other one back, they asked me to donate it.

Ordered on 3/4/26 - paid for shipping upon ordering. When USPS attempted to deliver my order (4/3/26), the shipper had used a fraudulent shipping label, and I would have to pay $13.31 additional to accept the package. I refused the package, which was literally a mylar envelope with what I could feel were shoes inside. No box. The return address didn't say Kennedy Alfred, but "Elvira". It did match the shipping information they sent me. I requested a refund as I could prove I refused the shipment. They haven't answered, so I filed a charge-back with my credit card company. It appears that the "Elvira" location also refused the package, so now they will go against the USPS as their package is now "missing". They are a complete fraud! I will update as I get additional information.

I ordered a pair of black leather loafers and the site claimed they were all leather and orthopedic and I received them over two weeks later from China, but a woman’s name in Chicago. I knew they were from China as I received emails they were coming from China.
I open the envelope to find shoes that are not leather, not stamped the size or name of the company and all I could smell was shoe polish that filled up my room.
They will not take them back and I know this is my fault for not research, but don’t be taken in by this company stay far away.

This company hides the fact that they are based in China. Takes a month to get your item. Merchandise is cheap flea market junk. Makes returns impossible, uses fake mail drop addresses on return label. DO NOT order ANYTHING from these people. OH, and BTW...any 5 star reviews on her are most likely planted by the company.

Ordered Genuine Leather "Air-Flow" Loafers. Super comfortable loafer I can wear to the office. Has enough support that my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Some loafers have left me with heel pain after a day of walking around the office. These don't. Look good and feel good.

This is company is a complete scam and fraud. DON'T fall for it. I bought the jacket with no tag and completely wrong size.

Do not order from them! It's a scam website and you cannot cancel your order and you won't receive it. I'm going to contact my cc and report fraud!
