This place is an absolute scam. I ordered shoes. They took a month to get here. They shipped them all the way from China wrapped in plastic instead of in a box. The shoes not only arrived deformed, but not as pictured and the wrong size. They offered to refund me the entire $67 if I paid $50 to ship them back OR only 15% refund if I decided not to ship them. They would NOT provide a label even though their return policy clearly states on their website that customer doesn't have to pay for return shipping if product arrives damaged, incorrect or defective. Stay clear.

This is a HORRIBLE company. IDIOTS run customer service (Anna Davis), TERRIBLE delivery service and IGNORANT fulfillment center. First, an invalid international tracking number. Then an invalid USPS tracking number that I personally confirmed at the post office was NOT my name and NOT my package. The IDIOTS claimed that because the invalid USPS tracking number had been delivered to someone, somewhere (NOT me as it was NOT my name or number) their hands were tied and tough luck. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS.

These shoes were nothing like what was advertised or pictured. They are not leather. Not brown. They are orange and nothing about them looks orthopedic. The return policy makes it so basically you spend as much returning then as you’d get for a refund. Absolute junk. Don’t buy.

Took weeks to receive and the shoes were way too small and not as shown. Custom service is a nightmare! You have to contact them by email, explain the reason for the return, submit pictures before they will approve a return. Who does this?! This is what you are in for if you do have to return an item:

Poor quality, not real leather. Order 2 pairs different colors but received the same color. Return is costly, ship back to China. Im out 100 dollars. Hopefully others will find this review and save their money.

They shipped me a shirt that had the tags cut out (so it was clearly used) and when one of the tags on the side of the shirt was removed it included about a US quarter-sized hole cut in the shirt. Real bummer because I actually liked the thin fabric of the shirt, so I emailed the company. They replied nearly immediately and led me to believe they would replace the item. Knowing it would come from China, I was not in a hurry to receive it, and a few months later I checked in to see what the issue was as it was still not replaced. Suddenly it was an issue that I waited too long for the thing they messed up in the first place and now they can’t replace it. Do not waste your money on this garbage, You can make yourself a nicer shirt for less than half the cost in easily hf the time, and it won’t be nearly as f’ed up.

The most unapologetic scam company I’ve ever come across. They have no regrets about stealing your money! The products the sell are 100% opposite of what’s shown on their site. They are not the same color, style or genuine leather. The Dollar General has better quality.

Shoes received in and plastic bag. They were folded and bent out of shape. This company is HORRIBLE and their customer service is even worst. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again!

The shoes I ordered were not as pictured and they were NOT leather as stated in the description. They were plastic.
Stay away! This is a complete scam and returning the items costs over$50, so not worth the partial refund.
This company should be banned from doing business in the U.S.

Ordered a pair of LINEN shorts from the website. What arrived was 100% polyester/plastic.

Please and I am begging you …Don’t order from this company “Kennedy Alfred” they are a scammer. I ordered shoes the leather loafers . I don’t know where to began, the shoe are poorly made from man made materials. I tried to stop the order when I seen it was coming from China and they refused to stop the order. Anything coming from China is sized 2-3 size to small. The return policy is so frustrating & I do believe they make this way to discourage you from returning the item(s). The “emails” they send to return an item is ridiculous. They want a pictures of the item(s) send, once they receive the pictures (it a whole process for this step🥵) then they will send out another email on the options (Yes options) on what directions you have on return. Option 1 - keep the items and receive 15% of the refund (this is a joke).
Option #2 -return for a full refund at your expense.
Option #3 a one time replacement for a fee of 29.99 with no return.
remember this emails send comes in small details and with this email still no return address until you pick an options. The third email has the return address in which it’s a China address… I received my package from a NY address. It cost from $60.00-&80 dollars to return something that not worth or should I say cost them less than 10.00 to make. Fake Leather Loafers and 3 size to small. After read the other reviews this comment practical with this Fake company. I had the nerve to order two pairs🫣🥺😱😳🥴

Don’t order from this “family owned” business. They will charge you immediately and send the product weeks later. Product is cheap not as pictured and doesn’t fit (I ordered shoes) properly. The return policy is not really a return policy at all. Buy something for less than its stated price, get a 15% of cost refund, send back to China(!) which they say will cost $40 to $50. Can’t believe I did this…

Jacket was too small. A person responded back (a regular email address) asking me to take pics of the jacket. I did.
Offered me less than 1/2 of the jacket cost if I kept; another offer (40%) of cost if I paid shipping to China, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Quality is poor, took over 6 weeks to get my order.

This company is a total joke. Do not order from them. They have horrible products horrible materials horrible service. No ethics whatsoever. They have pretty pictures but they send it all smashed up in a bag. They don’t fit well materials are cheap and artificial and if you go to return it, they’ll offer you 50% of your money back if you don’t want the money back and you ship it back, you get a little more money but you have to wait a month if ever to get the rest of your money back. So it’s better to do not order from this company.

My husband was given 3 linen, brand new shirts that were too small for a friend who ordered large sized shirts. My husband is 137 pounds, two shirts fit him well and one was too small. So, the sizing is way off. In addition, all three shirts had the tags cut off, including and laundry care instructions. I would never buy anything from this website.

The sizing is off and it would cost $40 to $50 to return the slippers, which makes them nonreturnable! DO NOT buy from this company!
